I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!

You pull up to a kiosk, select the type of carwash you want (it ranges from 8 to 20 bucks), pay with a cc, electric arm goes up. You pull up, stay in your car, and are guided into the entrance. Everyone gets a quick pressure wash regardless of the package you bought. It takes approximately 3 minutes to complete the process. Rinse. Soap. Poly cloth flaps smear the soap around. Undercarriage wash. Two different types of rinse. Auto dryer. And then there are people who quickly towel dry your vehicle. There is a small area, maybe space for a dozen vehicles, that allows you to vacuum. I'm not sure if it's free? I didn't see a station that provided towels or spray either. They pulled the seat belt in the passenger seat in the process of cleaning, but did not know how to put it back. It was only when I was driving that I noticed it when it blocked my vision in the mirror. 4. The manager took my phone number and said he would call if he found it, but of course, he did not. He was trying to find a way to make up for the nasty and not-at-all-customer-friendly attitude. I will never go back there. Several years ago, when either the owners, or the manager and crew were different, I was a regular customer, but no more and never again! They have no sense of customer service.

I drive an all-black vehicle, so it's easy to spot imperfections, but these guys really delivered. From the jump, the service was welcoming and efficient. It took about an hour and a half (I came early), and they worked meticulously the entire time. The interior? Immaculate. Every corner was cleaned with care, including the hard-to-reach spots and even the inside of the sunroof--which many places forget. The seats looked refreshed, the dash and panels had a subtle shine (not greasy or overdone), and even the trunk was spotless. They tackled both sets of floor mats--fabric and weatherproof--with attention to detail. On the exterior, the shine was next level. The wax brought out the depth in the black paint, and the tire shine was applied evenly. I did have to point out a couple small spots that needed a little extra love, but the team was more than happy to address them right away, no attitude, no hesitation. I am not a fan of the closed bays after coming out.. Those that are not coned off I would think these would be well stocked given the number of employees that are here. I shouldn't have to walk bay to bay looking for clean towels. I noticed I was not the only customer doing this. Overall experience is good, but when I do pull in to clean and dry my vehicle I want clean towels in the open bay I am visiting. I will continue to come and hope this was just a very busy day and they guys haven't had time to catch up.

This past week I took our two cars to be washed and cleaned twice. Both trips, most of the bays were missing clean wash rags and bottles of detailing liquid and fragrance were empty or near empty. Also, a couple of the vaccuum hoses were broken. The employee at the entrance to the wash haphazardly brushed the front and back windshied prior to driving into the wash area. I spoke with a manager about how things have deteriorated. He said that they have had staffing problems and they were working towards fixing things. He mentioned and customers were taking the wash rags so they have had to order more rags. Overall, a textbook management problem at this business. This will need to drastically improve or I move on to another car wash.
