Nothing changed in my driving and my last car had three chips it's whole life. I was freaked out, okay? So I started calling around for protective film (clear bra) and ceramic as was recommended to me. Some of the rates were a few hundred (side eye) and some thousands. When I called I was given a straight answer (some places say "Oohh, we need to see the vehicle first") and I was given all the prices and details. He walked me through the process that would happen. I needed a short turn around, so we worked out a time for me to bring it in a few weeks later so they could meet my need. Everything was done on time and it came out so beautiful. Before a car wash would be sullied within three days (and it's garaged, it was that bad), but it has been a week and still looks perfect. I have to wait 2 weeks to wash it, which freaked me out from my past experience with this car, but it has been fine! I'm not sure it's regular practice, but the inside of the car was vacuumed and cleaned up which was a pleasant surprise. The owner works on cars and has a couple of guys that help. Easy to work with and would happily see them again for details.

Drove back the next day for him to say I have no proof he did it when he's the only person to touch the car. He said he wouldn't give me a refund cause I couldn't prove it was him.... Terrible owner... Terrible business... he even admitted he had brunt though other peoples paint before and said he is bad a window tints which I would agree with after seeing other peoples experience. My car was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been, especially considering the price. The vacuum also appeared to need maintenance, making it difficult to properly clean the interior. I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE‼ I am a customer since the past 5 years…read more Took my suv here for a car wash, but I left with missing parts and a headache. During the wash, a piece of exterior trim on my car was torn off or lost. When I noticed it right after the wash, the staff brushed me off and told me to call the manager. Since then, I have called them multiple times over the past week. No one answers the phone, and nobody calls me back. There has been no apology, no accountability, and no offer to fix the damage. Do not bring your car here if you value your vehicle or basic customer service.
