This place continues to decline in service quality. After the recent ice storm they were busy today, as expected. However, they try to cram in way more vehicles than the operation can support. Barking at each customer to "pull up, pull up", until we're all about to collide into one another. And the wipe down operation following the exterior wash continues to deteriorate. We have been using Trademark at this location for years for our cars for many services including the car wash, detailing and for inspections. Service is inconsistent. Most employees are nice but rushed and just trying to do what their managers are pushing them to do. Recently they significantly increased prices. Here is an example: I recently took my car in for a detail. You could tell it was rushed and sloppily done. The interior was literally wet with swathes and goops of cleaning material instead of cleaned and polished. The floor was barely vacuumed and had a lot of material in it. I have not been to trademark in several years. My Infiniti had some very very faded paint on the rear quarter panel, but the rest of the car looks immaculate (even with 290k). I took it on a whim and dropped it off. Came back and the car looks absolutely perfect. Completely perfect. You would never know how bad the quarter panel looked. Andrea did an amazing amazing amazing job. COMPLETELY worth the money, which at the time I thought was way too high. Now knowing how well of a job will be done I am planning to take in my pickup. I come here frequently for the "Exterior Only" wash & it's great. The was is thorough & the team drying st the end usually does a great job making sure my car is dry before leaving. Plus my kiddos love getting to ride inside the car fir the wash Today, as I'm kid-free I chose the Better Wash $32 which includes interior vacuuming & interior window cleaning. I went through the hassle of removing all carseats, strollers & anything extra from the car so the vacuum would be thorough. As the photos show, some things look great like the cup holders, floor mats & windows. Other things, mostly vacuuming was missed - leftover snacks from my kids in the seats, under seats, between seats, on the floor. You can't miss them so they were clearly missed/overlooked in the vacuuming process. Also the dash was wiped clean, but below that the navigation screen, radio fials/screen, top of steering colomn, etc weren't wiped down at all. Overall I'd give them 3.75 stars. I'd come back for Exterior Only washes & only if I don't have time to vacuum my car myself would I return for the $32 + tip Better Wash. read more

One month ago I noted a recent price increase. Understandable. It amounted to about 30 percent . No problem because it's convenient and they do a good job. I spend average $100 a month on three vehicles here and haven't thought twice until today. I pulled in and did a double take when I realized the service I needed was up another 25 percent! After only a month or so since the last one that's just excessive and bad business. So in a few months prices are up 66 %. I would urge the owner to reassess this decision because I doubt if I'm the only long term customer feeling taken for granted. read more

I used to come here a lot back in the day and they used to be awesome. I paid for the $30 wash which is a step above the basic complete wash and it looked terrible. I've done a better job at the $8 do-it-yourself car was. There was dog hair all over the back seat as if they didn't even run a vacuum over it once and crumbs in the cup holders. I complained to the manager and he explained that I had to get a detail to get the crumbs and that dog hair is hard to get out even though when I complained it took about 45 seconds and it was all gone. This place has fallen off. Do not waste your money here!! I regret wasting my money for a job I could've done better. Very upsetting read more

Been there lots of times...they used to be pretty good...now they've just gotten lazy. Got their "best" wash/interior cleaning. I had some road grime on the rear, that I pointed out (it wiped off with some effort), and they said in order to clean that, it would take a full detail. I tried their detail once - it was basically a good wash, and not worth the high price. Left debris on the passenger seat and in the cubbies. On the dash, they just wiped whatever they could do with a flat hand...anything that had a corner or indentation where you would need to do anything but a super fast wipe was left untouched. I would hate to see what their non "best" option delivered! All about speed, with little to no care whatsoever to do a decent job - kinda just waved a rag near it and called it good. The last 3-4 times I've been there, I've had to go behind them and basically wash it again. I thought maybe they were just struggling with a lazy crew and figured they would fix it, but it seems to be their new standard. I won't be back. read more

good car wash but inconsistent process leading to mixed results I pay a subscriptions of $40/per vehicle on my cars a blob if something has been on my door for two months. they miss it because they maybe pre spray the entire vehicle 20% of the time and the kids out front are going 90mph wiping it down. Today they even missed the wheel dressing I asked for someone to look at the blob on the door. he used the thumbnail approach if removing it. he said it was to hard. maybe weeks ago had a more consistent process been applied it would not be there. I usually bring two behicles each Sunday. One is a truck. it is always an empty bed but, I notice there is always left over residue the wash doesnt rinse out. I asked if the prewash would wave the wand over it while doing 20% of the rest of the truck. I was told it wasnt part of the process. I told her no problem. what was I thinking. I recently had a nightmare experience that turned out to be fraud. There was a skimming device on one of the machines at the Mesquite/Beltline Rd. location, which I was unaware of at the time. I know this was where my card was compromised because it was the first time I had used my debit card in about two weeks. While at the car wash, two men approached me, insisting that they run my card and aggressively pushing a membership. I didn't think much of it at the time, but the next day, I started receiving blocked charges on the debit card I had used. Shortly after, I got a spoofed call from someone posing as my bank, using my bank's actual phone number to appear legitimate. Unfortunately, they were able to obtain my SSN and birthdate, attempted to access my online banking, and ultimately got me locked out of my account. It took nearly two weeks to get everything secured, including reinforcing credit locks and bank security measures. When I called Trademark to report the incident, I was met with complete indifference--no concern, no apology, nothing. Given the circumstances, this lack of response is a major red flag. I wanted to bring this to your attention so others can be warned, and hopefully, action will be taken to prevent future fraud at this location. read more

I wish I could put less than 1 star. I requested the best car wash and clearly they have changed ownership because their best doesn't live up to the awards they proudly post in their shop which have no reflection on the new ownership. They are rushed, pushy about the membership which if you do not have will certainly get your car stuck in the we forgot about you lane and let all members go first. Absolutely skip this if you're in a hurry. Again, please completely skip it if you want a good car wash because they are not qualified to complete this task effectively. It was the BEST place in town for a car wash. Sadly I must leave Allen and go to McKinney to get a decent car wash. Pity, it's close to all of my errands and use to be my go to. Another great car wish that I found, these guys used to be affiliated with Tommy Terrifics car Wash and they do just as good a job, but they have Clay wax which Tommy's does not. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable cost. Usually clay wax with an interior wash is about an hour and a half, they finished it in about an hour with a full line of cars. They got the windows, they got the tires, they hit all the spots they're supposed to hit, there was a little bit of residue left in a couple cup holders, but overall a fantastic job! read more

We have used trademark car wash in Allen Texas for all of our cars for years, as they were recommended by another soccer family as awesome, local small business owners, and we love to support local businesses. We have always been exceptionally impressed by the service, professionalism, and results of our car washes, until recently. However, the last 3 times we have used Trademark we have lost license plate covers twice, and an entire fender ripped off in the car wash. Pictures before and after, as well as video surveillance confirmed the car wash pulling off the car parts. Despite the evidence, the management denied all responsibility. When asked, the on site manager wouldn't provide the owner contact information to address the problem. Such a disappointment for a company we had recommended for years. We will no longer be using or recommending this family business to anyone. We will be following up to try and get our car fixed... however, sadly, we don't expect them to be honest, good neighbors who value their customers. Such a big disappointment read more

Anyway, car was not that dirty but it wasn't clean after the $10 wash either. Called their number and left a message. No response. Then contacted via email...again, no response. For $10, I don't expect perfection, but I would appreciate being responded to. Believe the DFW Trademark carwashes used to be locally owned. They completely denied responsibility and told me to "prove" that they caused the damage. Even though I had just got my car out of the body shop, and they had a record of me going through the car wash after the body work was done several times, denied responsibility.
