We just moved here, and our Ford Expedition Max is black so it needs regular washing. We had a membership at a car wash in Arizona, so finding the right car wash that provided both a monthly subscription and quality car wash was important. I visited five carwashes in Allen, Plano, and Murphy, before settling on Ocean Blue. And I'm really happy I did. The drive up lane is not self service, but every time I've pulled up, I've been greeted by someone who was smiling and was happy to see me. The first time I visited, we had traveled from Parker to Wichita Falls, and the Ford was covered in bugs. One wash, and 99% of the bugs were gone. It was great. And it's been great every other time I've come. And now on my sixth wash in six weeks, which is needed because we still park outside since the garage is filled with moving boxes. But the truck looks great every time we leave. Price is comparable to other washes I found, so value is high. Highly recommend this place read more

Fantastic car wash!!! Price ($19) is reasonable. You get your car wiped down, and tires are wiped with Armor-All. That does not happen at most car washes. I've been coming here for 5 years and never a problem. If it's been a rainy week and the car shows left over dirt, I just ask to drive through again. No problem. Rarely happens. No one present to greet you and you have to wait. He approached us and asked what we liked. Signs say for paying customers only, so it made me not know where to go for the second part of the wash. If your car isn't already clean you probably wouldn't want to go there. They said on a couple different vehicles that I brought in to clean, I needed to pay an extra 10$ for the 8$ wash because my car was to dirty and they needed 10$ extra to spray it off. I declined and left. read more

Will never go back to this car wash. I've been here many times and never had an issue until I ordered a full detail on my Yukon XL. While detailing it they hit the door handle into their rock covered pillars damaging the paint on the door handle. I exchanged several emails with the owner and they refused to pay for the damage and the best they would offer me was a $300 gift card. The repair quote was $500. Unacceptable. The lady at the entrance tried charging me $10 extra for nothing. I politely questioned why she was trying to overcharge me as I am a regular customer. She said because there was mud on my car. I got out to look at my car and saw one speck of mud. I told her that is ridiculous and refused to get my car washed there then. As I was leaving, she turned to the other workers and laughed. I went there for the first time on March 1st. I paid for the full service. After my car was washed I pulled into the area I guess where they detail the cars. Several workers standing around, so I figured this will go fast. I stood for 10 minutes and no one assisted me or even said a word to me. No one speaks English so they are all staring at me. With no words if we will be right with you. So I wait a bit longer and then ask the guy who checked me in how long is the wait for the detail? He proceeds to tell me another 25 minutes after I have waited already 15 minutes. Frustrated at this point I asked for my money back and left. Poor business practice you have people that speak no English and they speak nothing to you to even acknowledge your there. I will NOT be back to this car wash. read more

Ocean Blue Car wash on Stacy Rd is where I like getting my cars washed. Not only are they conveniently located close to me but also is one of the better car wash places in Allen TX. They offer basic to very detailed car wash services. The employees are always nice and helpful. They offer free vacuuming (5 min limit not happening) after getting the car washed. I prefer leaving after my car is clean so I don't follow rules. They know me so it works out. Btw the rule is for people who apparently drive off after vacuuming aka savages jk haha. They also offer a rain check so can get your car rewashed within 48 hrs of rain. I haven't tried the detailed wash yet but I will have to get that done soon. The prices are very reasonable and it looks like they do a good job, will have to update the review based on my experience. Overall, this is my go to car wash and would chose them over any other ones in the area. There is nothing better than driving a perfectly clean car :) read more

A little more expensive than some washes in the area. The wash is a little aggressive-- both of my side mirrors flipped backwards during the wash which doesn't happen at other locations. Will probably continue to stick with car spa or trademark in the future read more

This was is the worst car wash I have been to. The Manager was Rude and not open to customer service, My daughter and I had complete car wash and detail, wax and polish, the car wash knocked off the spoiler from her and busted, the manager was not on site, we left our cars , when we picked up both cars they still had wax in the creases, and bugs on the front of the car, my daughters wheels were still filthy , and they hadn't even bothered to vacuum the trunk , even after I asked, we paid extra to have lens on the the headlights buff, we had to make them re buff those even after they said they had done it, looked better but still had some fog. I called the manager Cliff the next day to try and resolve issues, just asking for refund since the spoiler would cost over 700.00 to repair, he refused I told him I would post review and he said go ahead we have pretty good reviews , and hung up on me. read more

I went to the Ocean Blue off Monfort Road in Addison, Texas. I had just left Walmart with 2 weeks of groceries and was stuck in line for 25 minutes while they shut down the car wash to make repairs and clean another vehicle in front of me (I did not know the reason at the time). I was unable to back out as requested, they forced me to go through the car wash in lieu of a refund to come back when did not have groceries heating in the car. On my drive home the car was not drying and realized that it was covered in heavy machinery oil. I drove back after dropping off my groceries which had melted, and the manager was extremely rude and belligerent to me in front of customers and his employees. He refused to rewash my car, provide me a coupon for the next visit, and had them use spray bottles to get the oil off. I will NEVER go back to this car wash, and have told everyone I know about my experience. My car still has an oil slick on it and will need to have it detailed/waxed effectively to remove the residue. You should be ashamed of the manager you hired and I am certain most of the employees are not legally allowed to work at this facility. read more

I have gone to the Allen location 5 or 6 times. I have had a prepaid card with $$ on it, so I wanted to use it up. Each time I've spent at least $40 for a wash and interior vacuum. Each time the outside is still dirty. Not just a bug or a little dirt. Several places with lots of dirt. Bugs all over the front. I mentioned it to the manager and he shrugged his shoulders. He said I should have paid for the wax. What is waxing going to do but put wax over the dirt?! Horrible customer service with 0 care for doing a good job and 0 attention to detail! read more

I purchased 1 month pass, but they signed me up for recurring monthly charges. I was moving out of state, so there is zero chance I would have set up a monthly charge. My car was dirty I wanted the basic wash to get it clean he wanted to up charge me five more dollars because I had some mud on my front wheel area said they needed to wash it off. I said wash it off but not for 5 more dollars. NEVER has any other car wash said this! Never been turned away to wash a vehicle that was dirty. So now I must go with the car wash recommended wash I can't choose which wash I want. Nope they want to up charge me!!! Don't go here it's not Accommodating. This is a mixed review because of the property maintenance. I took my car in for a detail and had wonderful customer service from Jair. Once parked at the vacuums there is a 2" separation in the pavement and I completely fell to the ground. Scrapped my knee and shin, it was extremely frightening and took a minute to confirm I was not actually hurt. The person in the car next to me said the she almost fell as well. This is a very dangerous situation and there was no manager on site to address my concerns. read more

We had a car damaged in the car wash and the repair will be well over $500. It blew the factory spoiler off of the back of the trunk and it was run over and crushed by the next car. The manager would not even consider refunding any of the $250 they charged for the detail. He said he didn't care because they had good reviews and hung up on us. In general the detail was not very good. You could still wipe dirt off the rims and they "forgot" to polish the headlight lenses. When that was pointed out, the attendant said it was as good as it would get and redid it to prove it. They came out clear the second time. read more

Stopped by one day after work. Very friendly and helpful. I had some sticky stuff from an old phone holder on the inside of my windshield and they went out of their way to get it all off for me. I am blown away! I have been going to Ocean Blue for a long time - even before it became Ocean Blue - and the service has always been fine. Not great, but not terrible either. Today was completely different. The 4 employees who dried/buffed/sprayed/vacuumed my car were incredible. I expected it to take about 15 minutes, but they worked on my car almost 30 minutes! I have never seen it so clean. I think I will be getting my car washed a lot more often from now on! read more

this was probably the worst car wash I have ever been to. If I had the ability to fight with people, I would demand my money back. I just spent almost $50 to get the highest interior and exterior car wash I could. The front of my car is covered with bug guts on the inside is full of dust and dirt, and the seats that I paid extra to have cleaned are horrible. The dash does not even look like it has been wiped down, let alone have protectant spray on it. I will be trying to contact the company for a refund, but even when I left one of the guys that look like one of the main guys asked if it looked OK and I shook my head no and he said OK and smiled. So I just left because I cannot fight with people, but if I cannot get my money back it was a complete waste of almost $50.
