I went to Water Werks DFW in october. I usually don't write reviews but now I feel like I have to based on the service I received and how much I payed. The service I requested was a full interior/exterior clean for a "value" of around 5-600$. While the exterior was fine, the interior seems like it was so lazily done, I was astounded. There are countless spots that are left completely untouched, I had to do it myself after paying that much. Apparently they do a full interior conditioning and steaming...instead it looks like a towel has rubbed the dirt into my leather upholstery even more. Just disappointing.. read more

This was by far the best detail experience I have had in the area. Our vehicle had water in it and mold was growing. We had a field trip scheduled for the kids the next day. After calling around to more than a few local detailers and given the typical " we may be able to clean it" I finally found Marcel of Waterwerkz DFW. He explained the entire process and the bio treatment they would do to the entire van. On top of that we were able to get this done SAME DAY!!! Let me start from saying my car was pig style :( it was so bad :( so when I dropped it I was hesitant - when I came to pick it up my jaw dropped - that can't be my kid damage dirty car !!! We are talking here coke spill bunch of food stains on seats ... roof it was sad and bad :( then when I got it ... the car looks better than when I bought it 3 years ago from dealership !!! I brought in a used car I recently bought. The seats were super dirty, grime in every crevice, carpets were stained brown.. etc. These guys gave it back to me with it looking almost like a brand new car. Place is well worth the payment. Basic package for a car wash is a bit pricey. If you are willing to spend 60-80 on a car wash you might as well get the next package up for 20$ more which includes the interior clean. I got the 100$ package for my Honda. The result was excellent. I had some stains on my seats--they've VANISHED!! My car was overdue for a deep interior and exterior cleaning, I got the THE WERKZ JR premium hand wash package. when I got my car, I thought they had handed me the keys to another car because the finish was unrecognizable. The attention to detail on the cars interior is impeccable. they were able to get rid of an old coffee stain, oil stains, and spilled stains in between cupholders other shops were not able to clean. the steaming the interior of my car was perfect for my weather tech floor mats, after a while is hard to get rid of gunk and dirt.
