I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. I took it to Car Toys in Denton (where I bought it) and since their warranty ran out, they told me it was a pioneer, not as good a product as a Kenwood, etc. keep in mind this Pioneer stereo cost $750 with install the total was close to $1,000, give or take a little. As I use a sunshade, I opted for the 4 doors + back window + panoramic roof, but have the option to add the windshield later if needed. I know nothing about car tint. Jason was wonderful, and explained the differences. I ended up going with the Pinnacle. The windows are legally tinted but nice and dark. The ceramic coating officially keeps 93% of the heat and UV rays out of the car, making this a VERY COOL RIDE! The job took 3-4 hours. The wait was less than 2 weeks to get in here. The value was fantastic, and these guys did a great job! PS. I will be back for the windshield soon! I can now tell the difference, and wish I would have done it with the rest of the car!! 5 STARS!!

Even though he was very busy that day, JC still made time to replace my windshield when no one else in the area could help me the same day. JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD.
