SUMMARY: Great service, great job on the tint, and accommodated our Saturday errand schedule. Wife's brand new Highlander looks much nicer but more importantly it stays cool in this TX heat! BACKGROUND: We moved here from out of state and we needed to buy a gas powered vehicle that could handle longer distances with comfort. The front windows weren't tinted, so I had to take care of that. SERVICE: Like others have said, the owner Chris and (I think) his wife are really class acts. We had to run some errands on the Saturday we dropped off our SUV so they accommodated our early drop off and later pick up. I knew I wanted their best ceramic tint because I had it on my truck, so it was just a matter of picking the one w/ the enhanced UV heat protection (get it, trust me, get it), which dramatically decreases the impact of heat penetration through the tint. When they were done, they gave us a call that all was done. Later we picked up our vehicle, met Chris, paid the man, chatted with him a little bit, got a recommendation on a paint and body shop, and we were on our way. When we got to our SUV, we were pretty happy. It was nice to see that the shop put on tape over the window controls that reminded the driver to not roll down the window. RETURN VISIT? Of course! I met the owner Chris at a car event in Denton and he suggested that I bring my truck by his shop to get the heat rejection WINCOS tint installed. I was skeptical of this but I came by to check it out. His shop is large, clean and has the most comfy couch I have ever sat in a waiting room. Seriously, stop by and try the couch! lol. They have a demo unit of this wincos stuff and I put my hand in to try it out. Sure enough, no heat! They installed my whole truck in about an hour, and I could not roll down my windows for 2 days, but after that I was very impressed with how the tint looks and feels! It really does keep my car cooler on hot days. This is a fantastic tint shop for DFW, if not one of the best ones there is. I talked with the owner Chris about tinting my wife's Yukon XL. He showed me several options in tint and recommended the wincos product for heat reduction. We drove the truck to AZ to visit my sister last July and of course when she got into the vehicle after our outing she was amazed at how different it felt than her car. Amazing product, and I felt that Chris took the time to explain why we just didn't want darker windows but took the extra time to explain the differences and allow us to make the decision. After a few days in the sun to completely dry, the windshield film is virtually invisible. No distortion, flaws or blemishes in it whatsoever. No one would know it's there. Took my vehicle to Flexshield and saw another vehicle outside they had just finished up, it looked great and the owner seemed happy as well so I asked for the same look. Met the owner and his wife whom are both genuine, nice people and made an appointment. Was quoted a 2 hour time estimate for the car, it took right at 1.5 hours and was ready to pickup. It's a professional job with very tight edges on the tint for maximum coverage and clean cuts which is something that was shown to me on the customers vehicle I saw on the way in. Very impressive work, the tint is very nice quality and keeps my car nice, cool, and dark, no streaks, bubbles, blemishes of any kind. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service.
