I spoke to Evan on the phone & he quoted me a very reasonable price for the entire job which already had me sold but then he was able to accommodate my travel restrictions, picking up my vehicle from their sister location that was closer to my home & drop it off with everything fixed and in great shape. Forget this place. Totally unreliable, and time wasters. If you set an appointment, or expect your vehicle fixed in time, you are in for a surprise. With an appointment set a week before, I did arrived at the time I was told, and I presumed that my vehicle would be taken care of. No tech available that day, no free ramp, and "...maybe you can come some other day" ... no other explanation why the appointment was blown off. I met Kalee in person today when she and her husband and their son picked up furniture that we donated to a young family. She brought a Thank You Note and a smile with hugs and prayers that left me speechless. In my talks with her throughout the last couple of weeks she has helped me navigate my entire neighborhoods efforts to outfit Nick and his son's new place. I hit a huge piece of blown out tire on I-35 on a weekend trip to take my young daughter to TX. I pulled over to check for any liquids or smells and made it to Denton for gas. Gas leaked everywhere. I needed to decide on getting towed, waiting for my husband to drive 2 1/2 hours or hoping for the best and trusting an unknown place to help me out. A girl at BucEes told me she had used Done Right before so I called to see if they could even see my van that day. Another place told me it would be next day. :( The guys at Done Right got me in and out in under an hour!! They were friendly and accommodating. They really saved our day and trip! read more
