The side window was done at our house. The dash window had to be done at their shop as it had to be recalibrated. We have a Subaru which can be tricky to recalibrate. I have already put in a claim to spot fix it at our house this week. I highly recommend Safelite Autoglass.

Aaron was the tech with Safelite that came out to do my windshield replacement. Service was on time and conveniently done at my home while I worked. He had everything installed and even moved my registration sticker from my previous windshield to my new one. I appreciated his professionalism and how quickly and conveniently the service was completed with zero hassle for me.

When asked, they gave me the quotes separately: 4 doors, + back window, + front window, +panoramic roof. As I use a sunshade, I opted for the 4 doors + back window + panoramic roof, but have the option to add the windshield later if needed. I know nothing about car tint. Jason was wonderful, and explained the differences. I ended up going with the Pinnacle. The windows are legally tinted but nice and dark. The ceramic coating officially keeps 93% of the heat and UV rays out of the car, making this a VERY COOL RIDE! The job took 3-4 hours. The wait was less than 2 weeks to get in here. The value was fantastic, and these guys did a great job! PS. I will be back for the windshield soon! I can now tell the difference, and wish I would have done it with the rest of the car!! 5 STARS!!

They were very professional and accommodating through The process, which was so unfamiliar to me! Because Texas laws can be really stupid sometimes and everyone and their mom has cracked windshield that typically are not covered by insurance, I reached out to these great people and I am so glad I did! I was able to get scheduled within 48 hours and they gave me a two hour window to fix my vehicle. From my two experiences with them, (they had to return to fix an unrelated crack from a rock), they typically arrive on the tail end of that window they give you- just an FYI They didn't offer me military discount, but that's OK because after doing some research, they quoted me a very fair and already discounted price. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.
