I said I need to get inspection I have been here for a while. Like 15 min! He said well you're not supposed to park here you need to park over there. I said ok I'm sorry! He then proceeds to say you're not supposed to come inside. not see at the it was hazardous to go inside. I said young man I did not go I yelled and you were but I will park over. I never have I'm sorry! He kept on by saying don't you see the arrows. I said yes I understand. I will go and park on the other side. Do you not want to do my inspection and he looked at me with a blank look on his face. Took him a while to answer. I said I guess you don't want my business then. And he said whatever. So I've been saw another guy pulling up. I decided I'd go over and park over where he wants me to park. No problem with that. That guy then comes after me sitting there for. I don't know how long and I said I need to get inspection, but I also need the name and a them a number or email in the guy that I do not have a way to contact the . That's when I decided I would take my business elsewhere. I want to help small businesses, but when they have people that are so rude and have no idea what Customer Service really means and how to talk to people very sad. I've gone there several times. I cannot give a value on the service because I did not get service. So now I'm going down the road to a chain called grease monkey.
