Anyway, I had an issue a while back where one of my items was stolen, or lost, or fell out during one of the maintenance items I was there for. Asked the front desk about it, and they looked around, but ultimately it was never found. So when I come here now, I make sure everything of value is out of my car or securely tucked away in the vehicle. Anyway, the main reason for the drop in stars is that I came here for an oil change...the oil change $54.77 special to be exact. Brought in my mailed coupon as well, only to find that they don't use it cause the oil change is already highly reduced. So that was a bummer. Again, I come here skeptical now, so I took pictures of my wiper fluid and coolant levels before leaving the car with them, since they're supposed to fill the tanks and both were low. 35 or so minutes later the car was ready and I popped the hood before leaving. No fluid had been added so I went back inside and told him. I added in now that I was worried what else had been missed and that I needed to make sure the tires had also been rotated. He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". I'm sorry, but when your website says you top off these fluids, I expect it to be done. 1 ounce or 8 ounces. Then he said that they don't do tire rotations unless we ask. "It's free, but you have to request it." Even though it's stated in the oil change special....... Needless to say, I left very frustrated.

It was a huge hole but because it was high speed on the interstate and took me a second to get over safely, It ruined the inside of my tire. All this happened on a Sunday, and Joe's happens to be open. He fixed my Lexus up with a comparable used tire that matches tread of my other tires for the fraction of the cost. If you need tires or tire repair and want someone honest... go to Joe's. I don't know if the guy I worked with was actually Joe, but he was a very nice and respectful man.

One of the worst experiences i've had at any shop i've ever been to in my life. Waited 30+ mins just to even get actual assistance.. yet a heavier set guy sat on his chair with his airpods in and very obviously saw me! He stated he didn't speak much English but later on spoke perfect English... that was super weird. It was clear he didn't want to help me as a woman! They do try to trick you to upsell you too. Be careful! Their phones also do not work as listed on maps or Google and phone line automatically connects. Overall bad business!
