The "waiting area" are two bench seats in front of the workshop pulled from a couple of pickup trucks. This is what I meant by LHITW. Just down the street from Walmart on FM720 south of 380. After about 30 min my car was ready. No charge, headed out. My daughter was driving my car immediately to OKC. About 45 min into her drive the tire light came back on. She called and I told her she needed to return home. I have those "run flat" tires that can be driven on for limited miles. She returned home and very annoyed I returned to Firestone. Explained what happened, and they got my car right in. I FULLY expected them to come back and tell me that I needed a new tire. These tires run about $450-$500 each. HOWEVER, the manager came back and explained that the tech who had repaired my tired had made a mistake in how he tried to repair it and because it was their fault, he was replacing at no charge! I was shocked! Absolutely no way I would have known that without them telling me. This place has earned a customer for life for their integrity and honesty.
