Neat idea, indoor or covered post-wash touch-ups is awesome in Texas. Got the Great White wash on the new customer membership deal to try it out. First wash leaves a little to be desired... it's cold, yes, so water doesn't evaporate quickly off the car, but there was a significant amount of soap suds left at the back of the car along with lots of salt/dirt grime from the snowy and salty roads. It took quite a bit of effort (and towels) for me to clean the back of the car. It's one thing to leave with a wet car, no problem, it'll dry... but leaving a bunch of soap on the car means residue and more dirt collection. Other areas of the car were also seemingly untouched by the washing mechanisms. I also don't notice much about "tire shine". The towels are microfiber, but really struggled to absorb water. It could have been that it's 40 degrees and the clean towels were slightly damp, but I used about 10 towels to get all the excess grime and water off the car after the wash/dry itself. I didn't see any all-weather mat cleaning stations... I'll give it another try, hoping this stuff is addressed with new location tweaking. But if this is how it normally goes, I wouldn't bother with a membership since you'll spend as much time detailing your car as if you washed it at home yourself. read more

I was excited to have a new car wash in town, and I went to Landshark twice. The first time was using their free car wash mailer, and I was impressed with the quality of the wash and the vacuum bay. The second time I went, it was a very awkward experience. I just wanted a single wash, which I could have handled on my own. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was an attendant at the credit card machine being very pushy to try out their monthly membership. I had to decline this at least three times to get him to move on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then he took my credit card instead of just letting me use it. It is a chip card. and he did not use it correctly at first. In a day where credit card fraud is so prevalent, I do not want someone unnecessarily fumbling with my credit card. I will be watching that account extra close for a while... And if this was some attempt to be chivalrous, it is 2025 - don't! My $15 single car wash got my vehicle clean...which was all I wanted, and it bent my license plate frame. I know that they are not responsible for things like that, which is fine - but I think it is worth mentioning that I have had that frame on the vehicle for almost 7 years and in many other car washes without any issues. So Landshark Car Wash will get your vehicle clean...but you might also experience high pressure to join a membership, chauvinistic credit card handling, and damage to vehicle accessories. The machine broke down in the middle of the wash. The person behind us almost crashed into us as the track continued to move them forward. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They offered zero compensation or even an apology, and it's the worst car wash I've ever had.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The car still has visible dirt all over it. Also- whatever happened with the car wash track sliced our tire. We had to pull over and change to our spare after leaving to even get home. read more

I have been going to Landshark for over 2 months now. I am extremely happy with it from day 1!! I am impressed with the entire set up. normally I come home after the wash because I live less than a mile away. I have used their vacuum and dry off area 2 or 3 times and had NO issues. If you knew anything about car washes about 90% of them use damp towels to dry off your car and windows. the ones that don't move around your car with a cloth and a squirt bottle. in Texas heat your car drys off fast and water spots wipe right off with a DAMP towel! The vacuums are very strong and get the inside clean. The air hoses are great to blow off the dash and door panels and outside to blow excess water from your mirrors and around door handles, and the gas tank filler area. Most vehicles hold water in some areas and spray the water when you get on the road - THINKING you are totally dry! NOW THE BEST REASON I pay $39. a month and wash my vehicle 8 - 10 times a month or more if it rains - ALL for my monthly fee!! NOTE: when you do the best wash you get 2 EXTRAS Ceramic coating and Graphene Coating (2 of the best products you can get) applied to my vehicle every time I go thru! It builds up on your car and makes it look beautiful and protects it!! When I read up on these products I was impressed and continue to watch my vehicles look awesome with very little work!! My neighbors think I wax them every month but I haven't actually waxed in 7 months - that is how good they look! I easily give Landshark 5 Stars and I am happy they opened near me!! It's kind of difficult to get into this location. You have to go around the building and come back, but it keeps people from going inside to use the vacuum cleaners and towels because they're secured in a bay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone has been very nice since I joined and they only opened a month or so ago.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As I was wondering around the other day looking for a restroom, that I did not know they had. I found an office and refreshment room, which has coffee and water. I found a dog wash, which I did not know they had and I found a car mat washer. You put the mats from your car through and it cleans them I don't know I haven't used it yet. The only correction I might make or the thing that bothers me is their towels seem to always be wet. And I don't mean damn I mean pretty wet. So I can't use a towel to clean my windows if it's wet because it doesn't dry. Anyway, glad they're here and can't wait to use the dog wash cuz I have a bunch! read more
