There were maybe 4 cars being serviced and one young lady assisting customers that were rolling up. She didn't seem to thrilled to be there. The options were on a sign that was to my left. They ranged from acceptable ($15) , to perfect ($25), to absurd ($149). As she asked me what I would like, in a big hurry, I told her my option. Before I could finish she handed me my slip. I said, "by the way, can I add on the steam cleaning for my seats?" She looked rather annoyed. "Yeah, but no." she said. "If I add it one then after your wash you will have to get back in que and on a busy Friday there is no time for that, so you can just come back Monday and we will take our time then." You would think the place was about to close. "Actually, I am from out of town. I won't be back Monday. Can I just get ba..." She says, "Oh, okay. It's too busy today, but if you can make it back Monday we can do it then." I just drove off and got my wash. The shame is, it was a great wash, dry and vacuum. I was impressed with it when they were done. But those seats were my main goal. Unaccomplished. The place seemed somewhat busy, but not crazy. I parked the car and went inside and was told, "You're supposed to get in one of the lines." I apologized and said it was my first time there. "A lady will come out to talk with you." I did as requested. A lady did come over and asked what level service I wanted. I told her that my wife had specifically requested their premium service. I was told "You can't get that today. We're too busy. You have to get the medium service. I said okay, and she put a post-it note on my window. Then she walked away. I sat there and another lady came over and said, "Your supposed to wait inside." (A bit annoyed I might add.) "Leave the keys in the car." Again I apologized and mentioned it was my first time there. I went in and paid. Sat down to wait. Total time in the place about 15 minutes. No line there when I left with the medium rather than the premium service. No "Thanks for coming in." No "come back soon." No "Don't forget, we'll wash it again for free if it rains in the next seven days!" (I learned that later.) The car was clean. Service was quick. But I sure felt like my breathing their air was an inconvenience for them. They did give me an air freshener with the wash. "You get one of these with the wash." (Pointing at several sir fresheners on the counter.) But the lady was perturbed that I picked up one of the air fresheners from the desk rather than waiting for her to hand one to me from behind the counter. Next time maybe I'll go on a Tuesday morning rather than a Friday afternoon.

They even had to spend extra time vacuuming the back as my dog sheds quite a bit. I was able to take my dog with me as well. He loves the free pets and greeted other customers appropriately.
