Water spots and dirt left on the hood.

I've had a couple cheap washes here before, but it's never impressive. Recently I got their top-tier, $20 wash. My car was left covered in streaks and water spots, and the windshield was somehow still dusty. None of the tire features could be seen. People in my family have memberships here that they plan to cancel as the whole service has become very disappointing.

    No tire shine

Absolutely cannot believe I paid $20 for the top tier marvelous wash. Supposed to include everything, including "spot free rinse" and "tire shine". Went through the wash and all the signs lit up and seemed to be in working order. As you can see in the pictures that's a joke. Wish I could have gotten good views of all the windows because literally everyone has spots everywhere and no tire shine in sight. I would have paid for a basic wash if that's all I was getting. What a rip off.

Terrible!! I don't think they used soap. The guys at the entrance barely I'm even got it wet with his spray wand. My trucks wheels looked like it was never washed. Had to just wipe the dirt off with there towels. The vacuums don't hardly work at all. Its not even worth trying. Paid $20 and the truck doesn't get clean. It was just a few years ago you could pay $20 and they did it all. Now they just take your money and pawn the work off on the customer. Yeah I could run it through again but I shouldn't have to and my truck wasn't that dirty.

If you look along the trim of where the paint changes to blue, you can see what was peeled once exiting the car wash.

Neat idea, indoor or covered post-wash touch-ups is awesome in Texas…read more Got the Great White wash on the new customer membership deal to try it out. First wash leaves a little to be desired... it's cold, yes, so water doesn't evaporate quickly off the car, but there was a significant amount of soap suds left at the back of the car along with lots of salt/dirt grime from the snowy and salty roads. It took quite a bit of effort (and towels) for me to clean the back of the car. It's one thing to leave with a wet car, no problem, it'll dry... but leaving a bunch of soap on the car means residue and more dirt collection. Other areas of the car were also seemingly untouched by the washing mechanisms. I also don't notice much about "tire shine". The towels are microfiber, but really struggled to absorb water. It could have been that it's 40 degrees and the clean towels were slightly damp, but I used about 10 towels to get all the excess grime and water off the car after the wash/dry itself. I didn't see any all-weather mat cleaning stations... I'll give it another try, hoping this stuff is addressed with new location tweaking. But if this is how it normally goes, I wouldn't bother with a membership since you'll spend as much time detailing your car as if you washed it at home yourself.

You pay, you get a receipt plopped in front of you, and a mumbling of something else. Leaving you wondering if that last bit was for you, or if the person's ear bud was in and they were on their phone grumbling something private to someone else. At first I thought it was me, or my perception, but this time I had TIME during the wax job to observe others getting the same flippant treatment. I get it, it's a car wash. Obviously, working at one is not near as fun as the song "Car Wash" may lead others to believe. But customer service is the same regardless of the business purpose. A smile and speaking clearly while looking the person in the face goes a long way in meeting the baseline expectation. The wax job was done very well, though. That, and comfortable seating in the waiting area are the only reasons for starting at 4 stars. -1 star from the 4 star review for this: Ultimately disappointing, aside from the uncomfortable customer service, is that if your car has a hatch instead of a trunk lid, you get charged $10 for an "oversized SUV". No matter how SMALL your car is. I did ask to confirm this given my car is not anywhere close to a Chevy Suburban; likely HALF the size... and sure enough: anything with a hatch is an oversized SUV. That needs to change pretty quickly as many vehicles come with a hatch these days. Don't tell me a VW Golf hatchback is an oversized SUV.
