My poor truck got creamed by a hit and run driver while parked in a neighborhood. I originally called a big name auto body shop, but their sorry customer service sent me scrambling for a better experience. I always lean on my fellow Yelpers and their great reviews led me to Keller Haslet. My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. Their office feels like visiting family. Such a great way to put people at ease going through this experience. Then I met Geo(apologies if I misspelled it). This guy was awesome. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair. I have babied my 5 year old truck and Geo went to battle to make sure my repairs were done with only quality parts. The communication was more than exceptional. Their skills were very apparent when I drove up and saw my truck waiting for me. Nothing but the best from this shop. My grown son came with me to pick up the truck and said if he ever needs a body shop, he plans on coming here. These guys need 5 more to make it a 10 business. read more

This is a 2017 Jetta, my daughter hit a concrete post which caused a lot of damage on the hood, light cover, front end (bumper) under the hood and underneath the car. After they took off the bumper they found out radiator was about to fall out, air conditioning wasn't working and other damages. They did awesome job on the car can't tell that it was damage at all. After my deductible on the insurance I had to pay($1001)Carlos was talking to my daughter and ask her if she went to college and he gave us a discount because she is attending college, which was very nice of him, there's not a lot of business that will do that. My mom was rear ended and took her car here based on reviews. The work was good but took way longer than originally stated. The customer service was horrible. They rarely called or emailed when they said they would. We would have to call every couple days because they said it would be done by said date. There were scratches that we had never seen before and when we tried to talk about with them they were incredibly rude. Collision centers are the kind of business you never want to need. I got rear-ended in February, my first collision in over 20 years. Fortunately for me, the person who hit me was insured and accepted fault. Carlos and his crew did absolutely amazing work on my car. He said he would be get OEM Toyota parts instead of after-market ones, so the result turned out very professional. He tested it for water leakage after finishing the work, which was also greatly appreciated. I once owned a different car that I believe was in a wreck before I got it and wasn't properly repaired because it leaked whenever it rained. No worries about that this time. No little details were overlooked. The process was a little slow, but that was more the fault of the other driver's insurance company than the shop. When I got the car back, it had even been detailed for me. My kids said it looked like a brand-new car again, better than before I got in the accident. Do not even waste your time. The agents will lie straight to your face and are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive for long periods of time. Specifically Carlos Rios. He was rude, lied about buying parts after we had been asking for MONTHS, and refused to work with us after I had scheduled an appointment with him and gone over all the details pertaining to that appointment. When we arrived at the shop he denied everything he prior spoke to me on the phone about, actually claimed he didn't speak to me and then refused to work with us. He also tried to scam me out of a check I received from State Farm prior to even doing my estimate. Will never come here again. It's sad the way people treat you and try to take advantage these days. Wow! These folks did a phenomenal job fixing my wife's car in Sept. 2019. Bonus points for being open on Saturday and providing a quick estimate that day. They not only fixed damage covered by insurance, but they went above and beyond by detailing the car before we picked it up (going so far to even shampoo the seats AND restore the headlights). These guys are awesome! I'm so glad I took my car here. Although they underestimated the time it would take to have my car fixed, they kept me informed and up to date on the status of my car. It seems that the person who writes you the estimate is the person that will take care of your car throughout the process. While this is normally a great thing as you aren't dealing with so many people on your issue, it can get annoying if that person is out. No one seems to to know the status of a car if it is assigned to a person that is out that day. Anyway, that aside, the work and attention to detail is top notch. They did a superb job on the paint job. I took the car home very happy! There was a mishap on the door locking mechanism which I discovered (later) was due to a loose wire that wasn't connected properly when they re-attached the car door. They were very kind when I called back to explain the situation and were happy to rectify the issue. They asked me to come in and they called an external vendor to assist with the process. The whole thing took 20 minutes and I was on my way again. Though this mistake happened, they were kind, courteous and very honest about it. I would definitely recommend this repair shop! I have had to come here twice for repairs, nothing major, small repairs since I have an older car... the service has always been 5 stars! I have need my mirror repaired and my door repaired since the panel was coming off. They fixed it with no problem and for a reasonable amount. Had them work on our Acura MDX after a low speed collision. The hood was crooked, there was over spray and the panels did not line up correctly. Wife took the car back 2 more times and still a weak repair job. Months later we saw they put the car back together with a bracket that was still bent from the collision. The seal around the replacement headlight was cracking within months. In response to your reply. The repairs were done 2 1/2 years ago and it was in the shop a total of 3 times. Once for the initial repair and then back two more times. We simply gave up on wasting our time driving back and forth. Anyone could see everything was crooked. We traded in the car recently and the appraiser spotted the issues immediately. Best to just take the review for what it is and make sure others don't have the same issues. read more
