My husband and I are repeat customers at this Caliber Collision location, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. They've done excellent work on two of our vehicles, and they even offered to fix issues that another Caliber location didn't handle correctly. That level of integrity is rare. Most recently, we noticed a couple of dents on one of our cars. We have an ECP plan purchased out of state, and although it's valid nationwide, every shop we called refused to take it. Not because they couldn't do the repair, but because they didn't know how to process the claim. When we reached out to Nick's team, they were completely honest and transparent. They told us upfront that they weren't familiar with the plan but would help us figure it out instead of turning us away. When i arrived, I expected to get a simple quote to send to ECP myself. Instead, Nick, Ryan, and the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond. They took the initiative to call ECP directly, confirm coverage, ask the right questions, and get everything approved. They even let ECP know they could remove the dents immediately if the plan covered it. Within minutes, the claim was approved and they fixed the dents right then and there. No hassle. No excuses. We went in with our car to have them look at the damage caused to the in a scuffle with a pole while parking.....the pole won! It may have just been cosmetic, but it was hard to tell. This shop looked at the damage, retrieved their buffer and like magic...all evidence of the scuffle was gone. I want to share my experience with the customer service at this collision center, which was very disappointing. I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the manager, Nick. I tried calling, texting, and emailing him multiple times, but he never responded. When he finally answered, I asked him why he didn't answer my texts or calls, he said he never checks his work phone. He showed no sense of urgency in getting back to me and seemed uninterested in dealing with the issue at hand. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since I was trying to find out about missing items from my car. Overall, the staff and management showed a lack of professionalism. I had to reach out to Nick myself to get proof of the incident, which should have been provided without me having to ask. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this collision center. They really need to improve their customer service and communication. read more

I came in with a loose moulding strip on the driver's side front door of my 2015 Jeep Patriot. The strip had fallen off after I went through a car wash. I went to get an estimate the weekend after Mother's Day. I ended up putting a deposit because I planned to do all the work there. Fast forward to the end of June... did not get a phone call or anything and my insurance company was still pending an estimate. I ended up calling them to go ahead and refund my deposit as I was not going to continue waiting for a simple estimate. Cesar assured me that it was sent to my insurance. I told him my biggest issue was the lack of communication on their part and wanted a refund at this point. He acknowledged and agreed that he should have called. He mentioned that he just got the parts and that there would be a restocking fee and that it would be more than my deposit. At this point I told him I needed to speak to a manger as I no longer wanted to continue discussing matters with him. The manager didn't call like I requested, however, Cesar called me back stating that they will issue my refund after he spoke to his manager. He said the reason he could not reach me is because he had a different number for me and that it was disconnected when he tried to reach me. He read my husbands number (which I never gave them and is not disconnected). If they had called that number like they said they did then I assure you that he would have answered. An hour after I get off the phone I get an alert that my insurance received the estimate. Funny! Of course they realized they hadn't submitted and ended up sending it after I had cancel all services with them. I ended up calling corporate and he agreed that the estimate had not been previously sent and that a refund should have been offered immediately and not try to tell me I would owe a restocking fee. I called and made an appointment 2 weeks ago, when I called they said they could give me a quote on fixing my cars bumper. when i arrived the mechanic glanced, didn't even look at it properly and said he wasn't going to give me a quote because he wasn't even going to attempt to fix my bumper. he said it was too much work and that he'd rather not. over the phone they said they'd be able to fix it, or at least able to give me a quote to go to a different collision shop. my bumper was ripped off, there's no damage to the cars body. read more

Horrible job. Had to take my truck back the first time because they didn't align the bumper correctly, and the alignment and steering wheel were off. Also found a scratch that they didn't fix. When I picked it up, there was overspray all over the truck. Several body panels had bad overspray. Trim and windows had overspray, and the inside of the door jam had overspray, so I had to take it back for a second time. They had to completely remove the driver's door to get all the overspray off of the door jam and henge area. Absolutely the worst body shop I have ever been to. read more

Our service advisor, Harold, kept us up to date at every part of our repair from running over a pipe that was sticking out of the ground. When we went to pick the car up, the A/C was running hot. We had a deadline to pick up a desk that we bought so the general manager, Doug, took us to get the desk then took us home. The next day they delivered the car to our house, with a working A/C. Brought my 2017 Explorer to this location due to the distance from my house and since they are next to an Enterprise Car Rental. Before I arrived, I had a great conversation on the phone with Nicole Brown discussing the drop-off date and overall process. Once I dropped it off, the service was great. They stayed in-touch with me on a regular basis and helped me deal with the other driver's insurance company who was not the easiest to deal with. Kevin @ Caliper walked me thru options when the insurance company didn't want to pay for all the damages and he even let me know when my rental car was due back after no communication from the insurance carrier. My husband was rear ended by an uninsured motorist while driving my car. What a mess! Caliber Collision repaired my Armada and made it look even better than new! My brake lights went out shortly after the repair was completed. I figured that it may be related to the repair - a wire came lose or something. I was wrong! It was the bulb. Caesar still helped me even though it was a completely unrelated issue! So incredibly kind! I had a light on for my wiper fluid and tire pressure - he fixed those as well. Wow! They did a pretty good job on my sons car and a couple of things made me less that ecstatic. I did inform them during a follow up call that these issues bothered me and they did in fact ask me to bring the car up there to be looked at. But honestly after not having the car for nearly 2 weeks. Having to take time off work etc, just isn't worth it to take it back only to go they that all over again. This is my Sons car. He's in college and works 30 hrs a week. Just to much to deal with again. read more

Took my van in for repairs after an accident. I chose this location because there's an Enterprise Rent-a-Car that shares the building. So dropping off my car and picking up my rental was very seamless and convenient. Especially with kids and car seats to move from one vehicle to another, it made it much easier. The Caliber employee handling my repairs was Cesar. He was helpful and professional. They kept me updated on my repair status and even finished before the expected day. The repairs look great! I rented a camper trailer that had faulty brakes. It almost ruined our Spring Break when the brakes locked up and yanked my truck off the road. Thankfully we didn't roll, but the front end brush guard and license plate were bent under the grill, and the electrical for the towing package on my truck was ripped out. My insurance company made an appointment for me with Caliber Collision in Fort Worth. Harold was my service representative. He was professional, quick, and courteous. Everything on my truck was fixed with just 2 visits, a 10-minute assessment appointment and a two day drop off. My truck came back fixed and clean like it was off the showroom floor. Work was good, but many shops can do good work. The problem I had was they took my 8 month old BRZ for a joy ride. When I got it back the back seat was up, I put it down the first day I bought it. There was a plastic cup in the back seat. I can't prove this one but I took the car to the dealer for 6000 mile checkup, when they rotated the tires they noticed one of the tires had been plugged. This car had barely 6000 miles on it and the only time it was out of my possession was for the 2 weeks it was at Caliber. Wrote an email to the CEO Steve Grimshaw but got no response. I am actually going to give you a 1 star on this location. I wanted to give you a 0 star. Only because when I bought my vehicle in for an estimate. They asked me to fill out a form. And i did the guy that help me .said he would email me a quote after he took the pictures. He actually didn't even want to look at it. He took his pictures went in the office said I would get the information that day.I could tell by his his attitude he didn't want to help me. Never received an email from him.its been about 3 weeks no email still. I could tell he was going to be truthful with me.I actually asked him a second time about emailing me a quote and he said he would he could not even look me in the eye,and tell the truth. He should have been truthful and said he was not interested. I actually found another shop the same day got a quote written and emailed it to me. State Farm Insurance Co. (SFIC)paid Caliber Collision [CC] (State Farm contract collision provider) $2,633.05 for the repairs to my vehicle from a loss, dated 11/22/2019. I picked up the vehicle on 12/17/2019 from CC. SFIC paid CC $2,742.89 via eft/108946615K on 12/17/2019. When I got home, I noticed the tailgate was not aligned, so I took the vehicle back to CC on 12/20/2019. Picked up the vehicle on 12/27/2019 from CC; the tailgate had the following damages: right top of tailgate is not aligned, tailgate left hinge is bent, left body of tailgate bowing out, left hydraulic hinges loose to the touch, right side 4" from bottom bowing out, lift gate seals right/ left no glue, right quarter panel paint cracked, right bumper screws not center, right side bumper bowing out (supporting Freeman Auto Group Collision Center (FAGCC) preliminary estimate attached). I informed Chase Harper (Service Advisor-CC) that I would be reporting the damages to the vehicle to SFIC, then Doug Hutchins (GM CC) came out and suggested that I take the vehicle back and he would put a new tailgate. I mentioned to Doug (GM CC) that they already had the vehicle for 5 additional days on top of the original 16 days (12/2 through 12/17) and that I would take it up with SFIC. On 12/30/2019 Karen @ SFIC. suggested that I take my vehicle to FAGCC to get a "corrective repair diagnostic supplement estimate". I dropped my vehicle off at FAGCC on 1/20/2020 and on 1/222/2020 Earl @ FAGCC emailed the corrective repair diagnostic to SFIC and sent me a copy. On 1/31/2020 Raymond (SFIC) and Doug (GM CC) went to FAGCC to inspect the vehicle. On 2/6/2020, Eric from SFIC told me that SFIC will only pay for the damages to the right quarter panel and told me. that the damages to my tailgate (brand new tailgate was replaced & paid for by SFIC on 1/18/2017) was due to normal wear & tear. read more
