All around a great place to get your vehicle serviced. Their prices are great also they give a military discount!

Scheduled an appointment for a brake check at 8am. Showed up right at 8am when they opened on Saturday and they told me they can't do a brake check and that I would have to come by another time. Not cool man. read more

Sage was great! Got my oil changed quick and efficiently. Cool guy too. Recommended the other location since his was a little full. Love it when people do that. read more

This place charged 1600$s and my AC still doesn't work. They said they were "good at their job" and to "not worry" should have been the moment I walked out with my keys in hand. read more

I tried to call ahead of time for pricing and work i was left on hold for 25 minutes unacceptable

Did brakes here while back, brake pads where cheap af wore out quick, didn't put the clips in the caliper which was causing noise. Caliper slide pins were not greased. Don't trust this place they will over charge and do a half ass job. read more

Wow ! I have to say that brakes plus is the place everyone needs to go for their cars. Specifically this place is great ! Had a minor issue but boy did they compensate/ rectify my experience. Thank you GM Mason, you've surely earned that title going above and beyond ! I was not expecting yall rectifying to that extent but it's well appreciated. Brakes plus definitely stands by their great business ethics and it shows. My wife and I will always be coming here. We appreciate it very much ! Keep up the great work and doing the right thing. Highly recommend them. Stay blessed yall ! read more

I spent $516.00 for an oil change and a rear end alignment and I couldn't get a discount because I didn't have a coupon. The explanation I was given was they were unable to put it in manually. Their solution was they would give me a discount the next time I come in. However at this time I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great customer service. Provided a free break inspection. Service was fast with no up selling. I will be back for future car repairs

Jason took my car here after I did and received great service. He mentions Chris as his favorite because he's worked with him so many times. James took care of him this time and he was really satisfied. I had my car and I see they went the extra mile for Jason, therefore I will give a good star rating. It's looking like we'll need tires and more soon, maybe I'll be able to share a 5. I saw they offer a drive service on their screen ads that play in the waiting area, call ahead if that's your issue. Good job guys. read more

Brakes Plus - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Victoria and Kyle were polite and able to get my car in for an oil change / state inspection . the process was easy and quick . I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Left them to work on my back brakes. They honored the lifetime brake warranty from 2022 and didn't try to constantly upsell, but instead did the repair exactly what I needed. They did the same job that Christian brothers were going to do, but for 40% less. Shawn was great to work with at this location. read more

Great service! Nick was absolutely amazing! They took such great care of my Baby Bronco. 10/10 recommend! (Plus you get to play trivia there, and Nick is pretty good at it!!) read more

In and out with new brakes and rotors. Did try to upsell me on struts and other mileage items. Overall service was great and no pressure

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment a week ago to have my fuel pump and rear brakes done. I made sure that if I dropped it off at 2pm they wouldn't have an issue completing my repairs and I was assured they'd have it done. I ended up dropping the car off at 1pm a full hour early and at 4pm they called asking what fuel pump needed to be replaced. When I told him I said don't yall close at 5 he said yes it's not looking good for today because I haven't ordered the parts yet and they half hour away. I was promised it would be finished first thing in the morning (they open at 8) I called this morning asking the status of my car and that again I had an appointment and hour away that I needed to get up and was told it not looking promising. Called back a bit later she said it's almost finished and to start my way there so we did. When I get there I'm told something is wrong with the calipers and they are trying to figure it out so, it's not ready yet. While at my appointment my husband and they said the car was done and they had been trying to get ahold me. He told them again she is at the hospital having tests done an hour away. After my appointment I went to pick my car up. I got a block away to a stop sign and my car was making a bad knocking sound, so I brought it back. After a half hour the manager came in and said he needed more time that the brakes are fine and I can drive it but there seems to be something wrong with the drive shaft and he'll need to look at it on Monday, two days from now. I told him to keep it seeing as how it's obviously not safe to drive. So for a 2-3 hour easy fix they will have had my car over at least 3 days before I get it back. read more

The staff here is TOP NOTCH! They were Very knowledgable and worked with my budget. The finished product was worth the wait as they did get busy, but kept me updated and fully accommodated my time needs. I would 100% come back And recommend. Great job guys! read more

Quick, reliable, honest. This was my firstborn time getting my brakes done here and i look forward to using them in the future. read more

Nick was awesome! He went out his way to make sure that we were taken care of when we brought in our GMC Denali.

Fantastic place of business. They do wonderful work, are very flexible and friendly, and go above and beyond to help meet your needs. This location is across the street from a hospital and they're very understanding of nurses schedules and work hard to try to accommodate when possible. The manager, Jeremy, is such a welcoming presence and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! read more

I would give less stars if possible . Since Chris the manager that was there for years left it has gone down hill in 2023. From Gouging prices to not doing what was on my ticket. Some of the staff is nice but I have noticed a big drop in customer service as well. They don't even keep complementary water stocked anymore . I have been coming here for 5 years with all my vehicles and will never be back. Trying to explain my frustrations with them not putting my air box in correctly and they were rude . I went to the new valvoline up the highway in alliance and they treated me greatly quicker than I have ever been serviced . Ask for Cori and don't waste your time with this business !! read more

I've been bringing my vehicles to this location for over three years and the service had been good. There's been a recent change of leadership and now I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. I've grown up in the automotive repair industry and I know someone is trying to give me a line of BS. I viewed that has been dishonest and liking it to the Automotive double they give automotive technicians the bad reputation they've have. It's unfortunate this location contributes to the bad reputation the automotive technicians have. They lost a loyal customer today. read more

My daughter and I went there today for a quote, this was my 2nd visit there... Again I was so happy with there willingness to serve us and I trusted them 100 percent!! The manger and owner were so awesome I will always take our cars there!!! Thank you Brake Plus!!! read more

Went in for an oil change. I used to go to the location in Littleton, CO, which I was happy with, but recently moved to Weatherford and this Breaks Plus was the closest to me (almost an hour away). What do I get for my loyalty? They gave me a laundry list of recommended services totaling just shy of $2000. Since I take very good care of my car, I was understandably surprised at such a lofty price tag. A second opinion revealed that while a couple of the services could be done eventually, none of the work was needed or recommended. This is dishonest. Completely disappointed. AND, they didn't reset my "Maintenance" light so now it's blinking. Certainly not going to drive all that way to have them correct that mistake. read more

I went in last minute and they got me right in.Chris the manger is Proffesional and very understanding. They do an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable prices probably the best you'll find. Will be going back for all my car needs they are a full service and everyone is there very minimal wait time. read more

This business allows you to make appointments. No idea why. There is zero benefit to making an appointment. You show up and go in the que just like if you had walked in off the street. I made a 2:00 appointment for a simple alignment check and when I got there, I was told the earliest they could get me in would be 3:30 (and based on that, I would say 3:30 was optimistic). I expected to be home eating bon bons and watching Oprah at 3:30. read more

Awesome service! The guys here were very knowledgeable and helpful. Vinny, the manager and one of the other service guys even brought me out to get a better understanding of what I needed to be done as well as showed me the importance of why I needed an alignment. I appreciated that as I am not familiar with the brakes system. I feel like the guys weren't just out to sell me something that I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. read more

My vehicle needed brakes badly (horrible grinding noise) and they were able to get me fixed up in less than 3 hours, including brakes, rotors, calipers, and all 4 shocks and struts. Also gave me a decent discount on the service. I was very happy with my experience. read more

Terrible communication. Wrecked truck and had it over 8 weeks. Broke back window out left all glass in floorboard and stains on fabric. Kept being told it would be ready but never was. Didn't fix what I asked to be fixed on it. Never even called when car was wrecked I only found out because I went there to get something out of vehicle. Blew a fuse for interior lights and did not replace. read more

I would highly recommend this Brakes Plus location. They were so thorough with my vehicle in letting me know what needed to be replaced now versus what could wait. I know Audis can get expensive but they gave me a great deal on all of it. The car was done quickly and they even offered to sent a Lyft for me in the meantime. read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Im a first time customer and took my wife's vehicle in for brakes. I was told by the GM Jeremy that I she would need brakes and rotors on the rear end which would be about $650 (just for the rear). I asked him if there was any way that the rotors could be turned and he said no that they were worn too bad. I asked him to just replace the brakes and that I would have to come back for the rotors a later date. They did and when I was driving home the brakes sounded like they were grinding so I called and they said if it is still doing it after a couple of days to bring it back. The next day it sounded even worse so I called and got some estimates and found a mobile service that was $140 cheaper for the rotors. Andrew from Brakes To You came out to make the repairs. Andrew said your rotors are totally fine, your brakes have been installed BACKWARDS!!! After further examination the inside of the rotors were damaged because as a result of the pads being on backwards. I went back to Brakes Plus and spoke with Jeremy and he agreed to replace the brakes and rotors at no additional charge. I asked why he told me that I needed new rotors when I clearly didn't and he avoided the question. Being a fist time customer and business owner myself I understand the value of each and every customer. After speaking with Andrew of Brakes To You I said what can I reasonable expect from them? He said I always want my customers happy so I would replace your brakes, your rotors and refunded you your money because I want you coming back! As a result he will gain a lifetime customer and Brakes Plus not only looses a first time customer but also my friends and family members. Im curious HOW MANY people come in for "brakes" and have to leave with "rotors" also!?!?! read more

Extremely helpful staff, especially James! It was my first time here and I won't be going anywhere else from now on! All my vehicle needs were met, while receiving exceptional customer service! Thank you a million for everything James and staff!! read more

Dropped off at 2:30pm and they had it out front waiting for me at 6pm. They are efficient and personable, will definitely be coming back!

Brakes Plus, BREAKS PLUS more and calls it a "coincidence". After Brakes Plus worked on my car and was paid more than $1000 for the work, TWO additional parts broke within 3 HOURS AND my car had to be towed back to me. Chris, the General Manager called my battery AND my starter no longer working after Brakes Plus worked on my car a "COINCIDENCE". What Chris calls a "coincidence", caused myself a woman with a 5 year old to be stranded at Walgreens for 3 hours until a tow truck could come get us. What Chris calls a "coincidence" caused myself and my daughter to not be able to go to church, what we came 1300 MILES to do. My car has been on THREE tow trucks within TWO days. Chris had my car towed to him to first tell me it was my battery and then HOURS later, tell me it's my starter. THEN request I pay Brakes Plus MORE money for TWO things they caused. After talking to Chris over the course of HOURS, he then attempted to guilt trip me into having my car worked on there. He told me how they've already towed it there, I "didn't pay" for the tow AND it didn't "make sense" that I'd go to an entirely different shop. I explained to Chris that when I walked into Brakes Plus I didn't consider that I was a woman, a black woman at that, since my grandfather is a retired ASE certified technician, I'm comfortable in such settings YET I believe that somewhere along the way James the service manager may have considered me being a "black woman" in need when I needed the most help. James and I discussed cars and what car was next for me, and after stating the brand he said "oh, you know luxury" although I already drive a Cadillac. I thought nothing of our encounter that day, yet upon review I find that something was amiss. James has since said "I'm sorry" after offering for ME to replace BOTH my battery AND my starter, after they both stopped working after BRAKES PLUS worked on my car. Brakes Plus, BREAKS PLUS makes you pay for it, disappoints your 5 year old, stops you from going to church (which you came 1300 MILES to do, charges for 4 hours of labor although they only worked 2 AND doesn't take responsibility. BUYER BEWARE! read more

I went in to get my daughters breaks and rotors replaced. I came to them because I was recommended to them because of their price point. I was not disappointed! Not that anyone if every happy to spend a few hundred dollars but...the team was so very helpful, they were Johnny on the spot, they explained everything that needed to be done. It was fast ,the car was left clean,no grease on things like our other mechanic. The store was clean it didn't smell like shop. They even gave her a list of other things that needed to be done and the time frame to do them in. I may not know much about cars but I do know customer service, and these folks have that ! read more

I came in to repair both sides front and back for my brakes. BUT I came in talking about how it squeaks and squeals when I break and I just assumed it was the brakes. They talked to me about how my rotors wore a bit wavy and have to be flattened out and how my shocks were bad and had to be replaced soon and all of it together plus my brakes would be almost 3 grand. I politely declined and just got both of my breaks replaced just to get it out of the way. Now I saved myself 2 grand, got my breaks done, and the squeak is worse than ever... cool guys but.. didn't fix my problem at all. read more

Great customer service. Discount Tires cross threaded 3 out of 5 lugs on my daughters front right tire. She was scheduled to leave for Colorado the next morning. James the Manager had parts pulled and got her car in and fixed at end of day. As Discount was responsible for mistake I never saw a bill. Recommend this location as I drove 1.5 hrs from Bluff Dale TX just to get to it. Service was definitely worth the drive. Thanks read more

I went to get a car alignment because of the great prices! It's a clean environment and great customer service. The manager Josh is a great honest man, he explained everything on the car alignment paper and didn't up-sale on unnecessaries stuff which was my fear going into Brake Plus! Even added the website coupon before I mentioned it! Beware of wait time.. recommend calling ahead of time. read more

Came here after the dealer gave me a quote on brake replacement. Brakes Plus offered a better deal. While they stayed within the estimate for the job, it was double the time I was told to wait. Apparently, there were more cars lined up ahead of me. My kids missed lessons that afternoon since I was there for four hours as opposed to the couple of hours it would take. When I got home, a noticeable loud sound like metal clanging against each other could be heard coming from the front passenger side. A quick call and return to the shop, they fixed it. I'm a little unhappy that it took a good hour traveling back and forth in traffic for something that should have been done right the first time but they made it right. read more
