So I bought a used 24 4Runner and I noticed a lot of perfections which I understand as somebody that has 0 knowledge of paint and body that would be ok with driving there vehicle like that. However after 6 months I noticed the paint chipping on the flare and bumper so I decided to take it to the body shop that worked on it in the past. Wasn't going to make it a big issue as I asked just to fix the flare and the gap on the fender but since the manager decided it wasn't his problem since the car only had "lifetime warranty with the old owner" I decided to write this review since Toyota doesn't wanted to do anything either. Stay away from this place because they don't know what they are doing, can't believe it left the Quality Control bay like that. read more

They did a front clip repair, but it won't stay in place. It's fallen loose three times now. They've tried twice to fix it, but they don't seem to know how to do it to make it stay in place. I've given up on them. read more

Rachel Garcia was the advisor who was supposed to get us an estimate two weeks ago but never did. We emailed her on Monday and she responded that they've been too busy with a manager quitting and promised to get the estimate by EOD Monday, yeah she never did and has since stopped responding to our emails. Whenever we call they transfer us to her line but then it goes directly to voicemail. She is very unprofessional with these responses. read more

Stopped in with a scratch I wasn't able to buff out of my wife brand new car. They looked at it, had me pull it over to the garage, and somehow worked some wizard magic because the scuff was gone 30 seconds later. No charge!!!? Do not take your car here, even if your insurance is recommending them. I brought our 2020 Toyota Corolla because our insurance recommended them. This shop had poor communication skills. Rachel was our advisor and she barely reached out to us. We had to call multiple times and leave voicemails to get in contact with her. They had my car for 4 weeks just to swap the bumper. After we got the car back they had scratched up both side view mirrors, as well as the bumper not even fitting into place. She assured us it will get swapped out. But at the next appointment she said there's nothing she can do. Are you kidding me? Your mechanics didn't install the part correctly in the first place. read more

So my teen somehow broke the key hole cover off the door handle of his car. I ordered the part from the dealer and it came in gray. I wasn't sure where to go from there so I yelped some car painting shops and ended up here. I went to DFW CC to get options for painting it having no idea they'd paint such a small part. When I walked in I was greeted and told that my little problem was easily solved. They took so much care with my $31 paint job that I can only imagine what they'd do on a big job. I was super impressed, the communication was great and the car is back to factory conditions. read more

You guys ... seriously this place is the only place to trust for your collision repair needs. They are so great, honest, and quick! Just recently my husband was driving home on the freeway when a landscape truck with a bed driving near him had a plastic trash can fly off and hit the front of his car. We've only had the car for less than a year so we were not happy!! He took it to DFW Collision and repair to get a quote as it looked like it could just be buffed out. Mark looked at it and put some orange cleaner stuff on it and the scuff marks are completely gone! No charge!! They could have charged but didn't. That is service! I hope I do not need to get my vehicles repaired often but if ever I do I will go here no doubt. read more

They do not maintain their records nor do they honor their "Warranty of Workmanship". Over the years I have brought my auto's here for location convenience. I called today to a schedule a warranty repair on their work. They had me email me them a copy of their warranty paperwork as they are unable to produce the records themselves or it is inconvenient for them to do so. They then called and said I needed to bring the car in twice so they could look at the warranty work then come again after so they can schedule it on their convenience. I offered to provide them pictures to avoid the time and a trip there not no no they don't do that, Where is customer service at this place, they don't keep records, have the customer make multiple contacts and trips to fix their workmanship. All they say is I understand but do not really make any effort to provide customer service. I will take the simple repair and pay out of pocket then to deal with their non-sense. read more

Wasn't happy with their poor communication. Ashley assured me at first meeting that she would call me every 2 days. Didn't happen. I had to call to get updates. Left 2 voicemails that she later claimed she never got. Also told me in the bid it would take 8 days to complete work. It took 15 days. So I went without a car thinking car would be done "tomorrow" which just never happened. I just wouldn't trust any bid quote they give on timeframe. read more

I was given courtesy updates, the repairs were completed on time, they always do a phenomenal job matching the color, original parts were used, and as a bonus they clean your car before returning it. I give these guys a solid three stars. I have used them on 3 different situations and the last two times they had to take it to the back to fix things. The last time, I was assured that my deductible was comprehensive and that I did not need to file another claim for my windshield nor my front bumper. Regardless, the windshield was replaced on a technicality and my front bumper was ignored even though I was assured repeatedly that they would have enough leftover paint to at least touch it up since the bumper would be off anyway. Nothing got fixed there. When I went to pick up my car, I walked through my entire car and they had to take my car to the back to get rid of paint chip marks apparently from another car. Weatherstripping had to be reattached and I had to attach the digital compass myself along with the wonderful roll of double sided sticky tape that was complimentary. There is another wire hanging around that I'll eventually get to but these are things I shouldn't have needed to do myself. I'm not sure where the communication was lost. Regardless, this place is better than most places and I'll probably take it back cause it's convenient from work and home but still they need to get a lot of details right. That's why they call it customer service right? read more

My repairs were satisfactory, but my car was delivered a day later than quoted. You should also remove ALL items of any value. Yes, the company has you sign a waiver that they aren't responsible for any personal items, but when you do have something of value stolen, as I did, any such waiver doesn't excuse theft. It's simply wrong and shouldn;t be tolerated by the company or any customers. read more

I cannot rave more about this business. I needed some body work on a new car that had damage after a hit and run incident. That was upsetting enough. But, thanks to the fine, professional and accommodating staff at the DFW Collision Center, an awful, and upsetting situation was completely turned around by their expert handling and problem resolution. I was especially concerned they could match the unique paint color, 'blue print,' to the rest of my car. From the start of my experience in December 2021 to the repair work completion January 2022 - every single aspect of this process was perfectly managed. I just picked up my car after I had them replace a bumper, and it looks great. They also buffed out scratches on the side mirrors and the hood for no extra charge. Dustin was my point person and he actually did what he said he was going to do; took care of details, returned calls, answered questions,--he sweats the details. Everyone there was super helpful and they made getting my car fixed after a wreck smooth and painless. They called to update us on the progress every few days which was super unexpected. One of my headlight bulbs went out and I took up there to make sure it wasn't due to something they worked on, turns out it was just the bulb but they replaced it without hesitation. The only reason I'm giving this body shop 1 star is to write this review. I would NOT advise to use this body shop. I bought a new car from Nissan and was hit from behind 5 months later. I used this body shop as it was Nissans affiliated shop to repair the damages. Not only did I receive extremely poor customer service but also extremely poor workmanship. I received my car back in worse condition cosmetically than I dropped it off in. I not only would never trust this body shop with future repairs or recommend to anyone I know but I don't trust them to fix the improper work they did to my car. Worst experience, much more stressful and difficult than it should have been and I would highly recommend not to use this body shop. read more

Multiple-time customer, unfortunately. No, not because it's a bad place--quite the opposite. Unfortunately, because shortly after somebody hit my car in a parking lot, my wife got into an accident in her car. Repairs on both cars were great, with good attention to detail. Only disappointment on my car was a stalling issue that was reported as fixed but was not. Had to return the car. Once they figured out what was needed (reprogramming the idle computer because the battery was removed for the repair) the issue was resolved. My '05 Titan had scrapes on the front bumper and driver's side front quarter panel and built-in tool box door in the rear quarter panel was creased/dented. I priced the repair at two other shops and GV Collision Center (Josh Garza) provided a competitive quote and happily worked with me to get the number down to my budget. This was important as I didn't want to file a claim on my insurance. The facility is topnotch from the state of the art paint booths to providing WiFi access in the waiting room. Also, Josh insisted on reviewing the final work with me and had a minor scratch buffed out on the spot. I would recommend giving GV Collision Center an opportunity to price your auto body work. read more
