I got in a wreck in December. I took my car to caliber because it was close to my house. I regret it. I had to take it back 3 times to get it repainted. I have been unable to get back because I work the same hours as the shop. I took my car to a detail shop to get an estimate for a ceramic coating like I had before the wreck. He pointed out the body work scratches that you can see through the paint. That is what I brought is back for 3 times in the same area and the detailer showed me even more crappy body work. This has been the worse experience I have ever had. I am not asking for perfection. I am asking for the body technician to do his job. Also the painter do his job. The left rear door and the left rear quarter needs to be body worked and painted again. This body shop is horrible. I repeat this body shop is horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. Take from an auto mechanic that has been in the industry for 19 years. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BODY SHOP. Take your vehicle somewhere else. If you read this you have been warned. read more

This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star I am giving it. Had such a bad experience here, customer service is shit. Lack of communication when my vehicle was taken to the shop for repair and multiple techs have worked on it and the end result I feel like nothing was done. They couldn't replace the wheel cans is charging me $300 for the deductible instead of $500 but I feel like it's not good enough because I'm unsatisfied with the service. Also the did not have our paperwork ready when it should already been ready for me instead of having to wait. Overall horrible service and I will not be recommending anyone to Caliber Collision and will not have my insurance company recommend or use them. TC was the guy that helped us and he was a nice guy but I was not happy with his service. read more

I had a repair completed after someone backed into my car in a parking lot through my insurance company. Since I was already getting a repair completed on my car, I thought it would be a good time to get the paint fixed on my bumper where I scratched the curb. They gave me an estimate of $150 to fix the paint on the bumper. When I went to pick up my car, I was informed the tech repaired the paint on my bumper for no charge. Where do I begin? This is by far the best Collision Center around. I have visited other Caliber's in the past but this location is by far the best in terms of service and staff. Doug, whom I believe to be the head Service Advisor is phenomenal. Doug regularly updated me on my repairs and did it with enthusiasm, and humor. Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted with open arms and warm popcorn. When the time came for me to pick up my vehicle I honestly felt as a family member at the Beach location. I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends in the future. I was hit by an 18-wheeler in a roundabout, and USAA connected me with this Caliber. Timothy Allen managed my repair, and walked through my car with me, and felt more like an advocate than I had expected someone to be. I was expecting someone to try and nickel and dime and talk down the damage, but he was really thorough and even identified small scratches and minute details to be addressed. When I got my car back, it was at night, so I wasn't able to see everything going on, but the car looked great, with a few small things (a spare screw, an airbag trim cover, and a small scratch on the inside). The manager was the one who called me and told me my car was ready, and he popped the airbag trim cover back in to place. I came back another day when Tim was here and sand he took the car for a thorough review and identified a weather strip was not 100% flush, and the scratch on the inside. He immediately took ownership and created solutions, he sent the car back and had the small repairs done in about ten minutes, and identified that the screw was a spare from a kit, and is replacing the component on the console that is scratched. Hey are washing my car now, and I'm thinking that this experience went way better than expected initially and when I brought the car back to go from 99% to 100% satisfaction. Tim was never defensive, and incredibly pleasant and thorough; all in all, MUCH better than expected. read more

I never had a problem with this place when it was Craig's but once Caliber took over, I brought my car into this location for repairs after I was involved in a hit and run on the highway and will never come here again. They had my car for about 3 weeks which was fine because my insurance provided a rental, but I had to take my car back in later to have them fix several things they half-assed the first time and was left without a vehicle. When I picked up my car the second time they still hadn't fixed couple things and they had to take it back for a third time! The light gray headliner was covered in black greasy handprints which are still not completely gone because they won't come off now. They destroyed the inside of my car trying to get the old headliner off because now panels don't sit right, and a visor is falling off. The bottom line is being in an accident is already extremely inconvenient especially when it isn't your fault, so getting your car repaired should not add to the headache. I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you need work done because they don't seem to care at Caliber about the quality of the work they're doing. read more
