    Collision Maxx is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are very nice people.... My car is in even worse condition after they "fixed" it for almost $10,000. I am heart broken as my brand new Malibu rattles like a 1970s beater car with duct taped doors. They kept my car for about a month. I got a call one hour before they closed. I live an hour and a half away I was unable to inspect my car in the dark when I got there. I called to ask if I can have a friend pick up my keys. I heard the lady in the back ground mention it was ready TWO DAYS AGO. My dad just had open heart surgery and I've wasted WELL over $300 in rides in the time it was ready taking care of my dad. They are nice people... I am flabbergasted how they are legally in business: - I picked up my car with a flat tire from a screw that is supposed to be on my door. (It's huge- the washer was still on it.) - my doors rattle VERY loud and are missing the clips to hold them in place. - they were paid to replace the hood. Not only did they not replace it- we counted over 30 dents remaining. -The mold was not replaced as there are dents in the molding around the car. - They chipped my paint in multiple places. - The hood and doors were replaced diagonally so nothing closes right causing an unlevel surface and more chipped paint. - the emergency release handle is beneath the mold and inaccessible. - there are gaps and wrinkles in my roof now. - The plastic on my door is somehow scratched. -My trunk paint is burned from improper buffing I have a brand new 2016 Malibu and I am highly upset at the short cuts they've taken especially taking into consideration the insurance paid a supplement and gave them every penny they requested to properly fix my car. Almost $10,000 and a month of Uber's.... :( Don't use them. There's a reason they're not on good terms with insurance companies.

    Don't try to save your deposit/deductible... It honestly is not worth the trouble... Go to Service King or Calliber Collision. With friends, references and close family including myself... We've gone through these three companies... And this company is by far the worst and sketchiest of the three... They promised O.E M products and to bite the deposit/deductible. I called and made appointments with the three and all the companies are maybe a dollar or two difference in price... But main reasons to select a collision company is for one 1) Respecting the customer... 2) Stay true to your word 3) Quality 4) Time it takes to complete the job 5) any rental or help to get a car to drive in the time being... Etc... And 6) cleanliness. And from those companies I tell you the truth that this one falls short in every category... They promised to fix my one light that had a small fracture on the very edge of the light... Said it would cost anywhere from $500-800 per light so I said no... It's ok do not change it out! Leave it alone... Why? Because I was afraid that they would take my two lights out and replace them with cheap lights such as HIDs... And they did... They took both my lights... And after I noticed I confronted them and they said they were "sorry" and there's no way to put back old lights because they "threw them away..." Really? Haha! Those were brand new lights! Nothing damaged other than a small cut line the size of a 1/4 of an inch! Everything held in place and you couldn't even recognize the cut unless you seriosser we're up close to it! My lights are dinner and not even adjusted and bounce all throughout the night.... And it's not even tightened... I'm just waiting for it to fall out of place do that I can call corporate because management wouldn't do anything... Promise me... Save the trouble... Go to Service King! Do not try to worry about save $200-500 because you will be ripped off!!! And my paint doesn't even blend or match! It still has hairs/lent on it! So yeah not professional or anything. They said it would take 2 weeks or less... It was over 3 weeks... And 2 weeks in didn't even start on it! I called every other day to check up on it... They lied and created new stories every time... Could even hear them in background say... Oh it's that guy again... He's calling again... What do I say...? (And if they say I'm not a customer I'll show paperwork and try under Enrique Mendiaz or Elisa Mendiaz... Try looking up Mendiaz family in general... Y'all are extremely rude people)
