Wanting to avoid the hassle of a dealership, I took his advice and went in. Brian turned out to be incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to look over the car right away, then suggested we go for a quick drive so he could better understand the issue. He even hooked up a diagnostic tool and quickly resolved the problem--all with a friendly attitude. The cost was very reasonable, and the overall experience was outstanding. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway.
