On 5/2, they told me it was ready. When I showed up, they admitted the person installing the new windshield broke it and I'd have to bring it back the following week for replacement. That should have been my first warning. After paying, I noticed a piece sticking out of the bumper, and the Jeep still pulled to the right -- even though an alignment was part of the job. I brought it back on 5/5 for the windshield and pointed out the bumper and alignment issues. When I picked it up again on 5/7, the bumper still didn't fit correctly, the new windshield whistles when I drive, and it still pulls. When I brought up the alignment again, the manager said he had "proof" it was done and told me to take it up with the shop he paid to align it. That's not how responsible businesses operate. Then it got worse. The receptionist put me on hold mid-sentence while I was calmly asking questions -- I was not yelling or being rude. After looking closely, I saw that the new right fender they installed had deep scratches that damaged my custom paint job. No apology. No attempt to make it right. They delivered poor work, refused to take responsibility, and treated me with disrespect. Now I'm left with a whistling windshield, bad alignment, a poorly installed bumper, and damaged custom paint. Stay far away from this place.

Thinking he is upset about the fact that I've been in a rental for 34 days and counting!!! FYI: everyone has 30 days of rental coverage or a total amount for rental car coverage More to come after David checks the paint job and repairs before releasing it.

The trunk lid and rear bumper cover were in mint condition. The next day when I went to shut the trunk lid, it shut just fine but could not get the "Gate Ajar" reading off the display on my control panel. The lights behind the rear view mirror would also not go off because the system "sensed" that the trunk lid was not totally shut. I now have to slam the trunk lid as hard as I can which is not easy because I have a whiplash from the wreck. The rear passenger tire also rubs against part of the bumper cover or something that got pushed forward when the bumper cover was installed. I took it back to Lee and he was not there at the time but his assistant came and showed me why the issue is happening with the trunk. He said when they took off the old bumper cover that they saw that the frame was bent upwards and when they put the new bumper cover on, it now bows upward and the trunk lid catches it. My question would be: Why could they not have called me and told me this and explained that this would be what would happen if I did not consent to have them fix it first?????? I would have approved it and then let my insurance company know about it. But no, it was put on KNOWING this would be the result. Now I have an entire back of my car that I cannot use until I take it to ANOTHER body shop and get it repaired. So yes, I feel justified in my one star review.
