My car was finally released to me a few days before Thanksgiving. My daughter was on her way to work and the car completely died on her. She was doing 70mph on I35 (Posted speed limit). She could have been killed or killed someone near her. She sat on the highway for six hours waiting for a wrecker. The car was towed to Firestone, across the street from Collision Maxx. They wouldn't take the car after hours. Firestone found there was a hole in the battery and the motor froze up. This was the night before Thanksgiving and my daughter was scheduled to work as well as TG day and the day after. She had no way to get there even after trying to find an Uber, so she missed three days. She lost her job over it. Collision Maxx refuses to take responsibility and fix the car properly. It is now sitting where I live unable to drive it. I had go out and find another vehicle so now I have a car payment I cannot really afford. The "Save your deductible" sign is very attractive but not worth the nightmare this company has put me through.

Some parts were not replaced and appeared rigged. I truly believe you are scamming the insurance and pocketing the money. The insurance approved the supplements and said they will come after you for reimbursement. They are removing this business from their preferred list of shops. Your shop in back wreaked of marijuana. I should have went with my gut and gone somewhere else. This is just bad business and unethical.

Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in on 4/21/25 for repairs that included a…read morenew front bumper, right fender, windshield, and an alignment. On 5/2, they told me it was ready. When I showed up, they admitted the person installing the new windshield broke it and I'd have to bring it back the following week for replacement. That should have been my first warning. After paying, I noticed a piece sticking out of the bumper, and the Jeep still pulled to the right -- even though an alignment was part of the job. I brought it back on 5/5 for the windshield and pointed out the bumper and alignment issues. When I picked it up again on 5/7, the bumper still didn't fit correctly, the new windshield whistles when I drive, and it still pulls. When I brought up the alignment again, the manager said he had "proof" it was done and told me to take it up with the shop he paid to align it. That's not how responsible businesses operate. Then it got worse. The receptionist put me on hold mid-sentence while I was calmly asking questions -- I was not yelling or being rude. After looking closely, I saw that the new right fender they installed had deep scratches that damaged my custom paint job. No apology. No attempt to make it right. They delivered poor work, refused to take responsibility, and treated me with disrespect. Now I'm left with a whistling windshield, bad alignment, a poorly installed bumper, and damaged custom paint. Stay far away from this place.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps.
