Don't let the exterior appearances fool you, this group of gentlemen did a great job on the F150 that I'm rebuilding. The rear cylinders were leaking and needed replaced, seeing as how I had no desire to spend the arduous task of bleeding brakes after a repair, I looked online and saw this location had some really good reviews, so off we went with little red to get her fixed. We set up date and they held to the date and got my truck in and out in one day. No more leaks, peddle doesn't jam to the floor board anymore,... sehr gut!!! Just like the appearance, don't let the name fool you either, tho they focus on brakes and alignment, they will work on a few other odds and ends as well. Not a full service mechanic, but talking with them, they will work on pretty much everything under the car as well as a few things under the hood. The steering on my 2014 F150 seemed a little loose. I installed a new set of tires and that seemed to help a little but it still wasn't right. Truck seemed to wander on the highway. It wasn't much and I wasn't sure anyone else would be able to notice it. I took it to QB&A and explained my concerns. They got right on it. After a test drive they said they could tell what I was talking about. They put it on a lift and checked all the steering linkages and shocks. All that was ok so they checked the alignment. I have finally found someone that could diagnose (wheel bearing & hub failure, almost 2 yrs. no other mechanic would agree with me, that this was my problem) UNTIL TODAY !! My wife had wrecked her car the first week of February in the ice storm. I replaced the front end parts that were damaged, and had Quality re-align it for me. It drove well, and she was happy, but then it started to pull to the left a bit. I called and set an appointment with them to have them look at it. The young men behind the counter were very helpful and professional. They took the car for a drive, and determined that the tires needed some shifting around. They did that, and all is well again.
