When we called to pay form the service (which we were told had to be paid upfront) Mary told us it would be $450.00, not the $250 Rod told us. They agreed to charge us $250 and charged our card. Our Appt was scheduled for 2 days after we called, on Thursday (the day the diagnostics was to be done) we called for an update. We were told he was downloading the information and would have it to us in a bit. After 2 hours we called again and were told the tech didnt get done until 6pm and they would get it to us Friday morning. Friday morning came and no report. Called again and he said they were working on it as we spoke and we will have it in 1/2 hr. When we didnt get it we called the RV dealer and they said no one ever showed up on Thursday! When we called them back we were given every excuse in the book except why we were out and out lied to! We told them to immediately credit our card. I haven't seen one yet. UPDATE: After reading our review, Rod offered to do the work for free, but because of his out and out lies earlier, we couldn't trust him and turned down his offer.
