I don't expect the entire under the seat but the edge you can see had candy wrappers. The back of SUV was not vacuumed at all. I paid extra for the seats to be wiped & armor all. Neither was done. The inside windows were not cleaned. The dash which they said was cleaned was not even wiped. The windows were not cleaned. I paid their high prices for their "The Works" service. I had to completely redo everything. I paid for full service & got no service. Next time I'll do a self service car wash. Another time I went I had stuff stolen from my car. Now I make sure absolutely nothing is in my car. Yes it was my fault for leaving something in it but that's just wrong!

I agree completely with the previous review. The skid plate on my Tacoma had two of four bolts…read moremissing after my Take 5 oil change. I didn't notice this until about a month later. I went back to Take 5 and told them of the situation. The lady was polite, but basically told me that there's no way of knowing that the bolts weren't missing when I came for my oil change. I asked her "wouldn't the pit person have told me and notated that, if that were the case?" She agreed that normally they would. She then told me that if it was done a month ago, they wouldn't still have the bolts anyway. At this point I told her "thanks anyway" and left. So I take it to a local mechanic that I've used in the past. He had two of the bolts, and said he'd go ahead and put them in. Well, one of the threaded holes had been stripped out due to over tightening. In summation, he had to rethread one bolt hole. The other was ok. Bottom line, not only was my skid plate hanging on by two bolts (one only hand tight) instead of four, and two of my bolts gone, I had to pay to get this done. I realize that not all vehicles have skid plates that have to be removed to access the oil filter, but many of them do. I would MUCH rather them turn me away if this is an issue that they can't handle. But if you're in the business and you're going to do the job, do it right. I won't be back. The previous reviewer said it well: (paraphrasing) The reason they are so fast is they don't put things back and tighten things back up.

I needed 4 new tires they had only 2 new tires to fit my…read morecar told me if I would take 2 used with 80% tread life they would discount them for buying the 2 new tires. Cool sounds perfect, but no while replacing the tires they broke 2 of the center hub cap clips which the guy that was changing my tires was honest and showed that they had to clip them off to put them back on. Wasn't no big deal I can replace them, until I went to pay and they were charging full price for the tires. So then I brought up the discount I was quoted for 2 new and 2 used, the owner then told me I was lying, so I brought up the broken clips. Owner then told me well those was already broke even though I saw them take pliers and clip them off. So once again at that point the owner called me a liar told me not to come back. While the mechanic yelling call the laws then call the laws then... this place is 100% trash and I would not recommend or go back too. Don't trust them at their word and video what they do so they dont scam yall. Gladly will not go back
