I took it back in April and had them ceramic coat the whole car, interior, tires, wheels....everything. I am very pleased with that service as well. My husband worked at General Motors as a body shop supervisor and he sees every little imperfection and he can't find anything that's not "right" after the repair and ceramic.

And them telling me they would just charge me a bit less because of the credit card 3% charge... which comes from their pocket, not mine, so I can't quite figure out that one. Also got a "discount" off a large bill because they kept my car for a week instead of a couple of days so they "paid the other part out of their pocket"... or the original amount was overcharged? First, this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to them and it has popped up on carfax that they serviced the vehicle with an oil change when they didn't. I had spark plugs changed and it included an oil change that never occurred. This messes up the carfax with bad information and it's not easy to fix. When I mentioned it the first time they asked me to email them about it and acted like they had no idea how it could have happened, but the issue hasn't been fixed and continues to happen. Secondly, I paid these guys nearly $800 to diagnose and fix a cylinder misfire, but less than a week after leaving the shop and the issue is still there. Which tells me that they didn't truly diagnose what was causing it, but instead threw parts at it hoping that it would fix the issue. After I called to let them know that the check engine light came back on and was throwing the same code the answer I received was "it's probably a good idea to sell your vehicle". Are you kidding me? Them taking some responsibility for not fixing my vehicle after I gave them nearly a grand to do so seems like a more appropriate response.

Fortunately for us when we pulled off of I-35 This Car Shop was right there. They were so kind as to put our car up on the lift immediately and two mechanics looked up under our car. You could see where something had impacted our undercarriage in several spots and luckily for us, the impacts were not on any soft or moving parts, but only on hard metal. I was so thrilled and was happy to pay a bill. They would not take any money from me. Now who does that! I am most grateful for the peace of mind that we could continue on our travels without concern. If I lived in the area, I would be happy to take our cars there for service.

Front desk is clueless asking around if the car has been done no type of organization or systems in place. They will not call you or text you if Car is even being worked on or if they're off or any type of updates on your vehicle. I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Thank you, Matt at integrity auto. Go there first before you go to multistate it'll save you a lot of money.
