    "Brand new bumper"

    Worst experience of my life! First, they screwed around and wasted SO MUCH time. They were suppose to fix my van. Jay himself told me they wouldn't give me back my van til it was fixed. The brand new bumper I got was all scratched up and scuffed up. Many things were still wrong with my van. My pcm was fried, along with other things. Jay calls me and demands I pay him my $501 deductible and geicos check they sent me. Even though I'm not happy with their work. He also knows I live 45 minutes away and expects me to get there right away. (Van is my only set of wheels and my husband has purchased rental to go to work). I tell him I cannot come til the next afternoon and he says ok. I told him a time and he said he would be there. I get there (this is tuesday) and he's not there, we complain about the things that are still wrong with my van (one of the guys who worked on it says "what do you expect for what your paying" even though this was an insurance claim) and then Jay says he will get it fixed. Come back in a couple days to pay. I called on Thursday and he says it's not fixed yet. Friday I get a call from his secretary telling me Jay wants payment NOW and to come get my van. They aren't fixing it anymore... (this call is at 4ish pm). The secretary tells me jay spoke to my adjuster and my adjuster said no to replacing the guage cluster (i called adjuster right away and find out he has never spoken to Jay). I ask if someone will be there after 5 to take payment and give Me my keys. Nope. They close at 5. So I ask to pay over the phone and have them leave my keys in van and leave it unlocked. Yes they can do that... but a payment over the phone is subject to a fee. I had to pay an additional $75 fee so I could get my van. When I picked my van up, drove it the 45 min home, the temp Guage didn't work, the odometer was reading 0 (my van had 200,000 miles on it) it had no power, there was a light on for low voltage and a light on for traction control. Check engine light was on. It also took 4 times to get the thing to start. Brought it to another shop and geico ended up totaling it out because they already spent $1500 to fix it and they were looking at $2000+ more. Jays had my van well over the 30 days insurance paid for my rental. Because of all of jays screwing around I ended up paying 36 days worth of rental ($35 a day plus tax), an additional $75 fee to pay on the phone, AND all the stress and confusion.

    Above and beyond what I expected. Very helpful and honest. I've been hit twice and my car looks new!

    This shop has had my car for just short of 6 weeks. To begin, they were supposed to order the parts…read moreneeded for the repair prior to me bringing the car in. After 2 weeks of no contact after dropping the car off at the scheduled time, I call up asking for an update and am told they are waiting on parts. 2 weeks go by and am told they finally got the parts in and it is now in paint. 1 week, in paint. Call again today, and I am told they are "aiming for Friday." Yesterday I receive notices on my car's app that multiple sensors have gone off. This tells me your employees are lying and just now started working on my vehicle. I can only hope the work actually turns out nice.

    Avoid this place at all cost. Unorganized and questionable work. Wasn't going to post anything…read morebecause I assumed they were just opening, we received our car two and a half weeks after we dropped it off. We received it with a new door, the issue is that there are tape marks and clear overspray on the front bumper and back panel. Ok, but bent chrome and gap in the door where the air is an issue on the highway? All are easy fixes, I brought it back to the shop for the owner to immediately deny everything and before I could finish explaining the inconvenience her shop has caused us. She shouted at me,"You Have A Big problem" and ran away. It's so stressful, in the works of pursuing it further. Save yourself, the heartache and the headache unless you enjoy being gaslit.
