The truck arrived 30 minutes earlier than I expected and the tow truck operator was very thorough. He took time to explain the process and took lots of care with my car. They hauled the car directly to the dealer and put me first in line for service the next morning. If you're calling a tow truck, you're not having a good time. After 2 weeks of no contact after dropping the car off at the scheduled time, I call up asking for an update and am told they are waiting on parts. 2 weeks go by and am told they finally got the parts in and it is now in paint. 1 week, in paint. Call again today, and I am told they are "aiming for Friday." Yesterday I receive notices on my car's app that multiple sensors have gone off. This tells me your employees are lying and just now started working on my vehicle. I can only hope the work actually turns out nice.

1 Star - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had an absolutely horrible experience with Jay's Auto Body. They were paid $16,000 to repair my truck and it took over two months to get it back -- and even then, the job was nowhere near complete. I was explicitly told OEM parts would be used, but instead they installed cheap aftermarket / Chinese parts and used parts and then lied about it. The paint and body work is terrible, clearly rushed and poorly done. Panel alignment is off, the front end alignment is wrong, and some of the work they were paid for was never completed. Screws sticking out of the bedside overspray on trim, dents everywhere pin stripes were put on side as a sticker and don't match the rest of the truck. Orange peel in the paint, white trash from attempts to buff the truck in every crevice. On top of that, lights don't work, which is a basic safety issue. Since I picked the truck up, they refuse to return my calls or texts, leaving me stuck with a badly repaired vehicle after paying top dollar. This shop took my money, wasted my time, did sub-par work, and then disappeared when problems came up. I would never recommend Jay's Auto Body to anyone. If you care about your vehicle, your money, or your safety -- go somewhere else.
