Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that. When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that. They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage. We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming, the alternator, battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help, scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever. My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues. Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly.
