They do not call and follow up with you, you have to call them. The receptionist knows absolutely nothing so don't bother asking any questions she will just give you some bogus info. All I'm asking for is communication and the date my car will be ready. How hard is it to do that? I'm not asking much. I've used this place before and I'm not sure if they're under new management but I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Several years ago, I was referred to Ron Cullers by the guys at Discount Tires. They told me he…read morewas honest and stood behind his work. I live about 60 miles from Ron's place of business. They diagnosed the noise as being a rear wheel bearing that needed replaced. We set an appointment to bring our auto in and the repair work was done and the price was exactly what they had quoted. Last week I took another of our auto's in with an odd noise under the hood....they diagnosed the problem and fixed that problem and some other things that needed to be repaired while they had the auto in the shop. They are very thorough with their work. I will always be willing to drive the 60 miles to have work done by these fine people. They always have gone the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. Great job folks. I will be glad to refer all my friends to Ron Culler Automotive.

This business has superb customer service, their honesty is genuine, and the work is perfect. I am a widow who wanted to restore a corvette that my deceased husband gave me years ago. The cost amount for the tremendous work they did is so low that I informed Jeff, Service Manager, I can now complete the restoration on this car. The value of this car from my deceased husband is far more than any other auto could be. It was in the hands of angels when I took it to Myers Automotive. Many thanks to all of you at Myers who worked on this car for me.
