Sherri and John both worked hard to help us coordinate calibration of the windshield to help us save time. Having to replace a windshield is a bummer. You…read morewould think they would change it and if it is the right number you think they would answer it or at least empty the mailbox associated with the number I called the lady and asked for an estimate on a simple, small dent and my response was I can't help you unless I see the vehicle, I explained it was a new car and a very small tent. She said anywhere from $100-$500. That's kind of a big stretch for a single dent about the size of half a dime no expert or man but I've been around and at least she could've given me a more solid price and that it sounded like I was bothering her anyway so I guess I won't be using their services, since they only have three reviews, one of them bad and then my review is going to be bad based on my interaction with the woman on the phone

Called and made an appointment to get some subwoofers added to my truck. First red flag when I…read morearrived another customer was chewing on the owner for poor quality of work performed by one of his employees. Owner told the guy he could not remedy the issue until next week, as they were fully booked up. 2nd red flag was the disgusting bathroom with a ton of trash in the floor because there was no trash can. I ignored the signs, and allowed them to do the work anyways. When I inspected the work I found that they put a new hole through my fire wall for the power wire to the amplifier, rather than using the harness grommet supplied by GM six inches away from new hole, and the fuse was just left hanging between the fender, and battery. When they reinstalled my pillar trim it was put back incorrectly causing a binding issue with the seat belt. They also had not provided the speaker grills I had requested, which they did correct, only for me to discover later they only used 4 of the 8 screws to install, and the screws used were too short to properly hold the grills, which over time came loose, and rattled (see pictures). The kUsTum box that they charged $400 dollars for is made out of 3/8" or 7/16" plywood, and only carpeted, on the front, top and sides very poorly. Bottom and back of box are just wood. My GM has an 8-10" wide hump in the floor, and rather than a box that fits, this box just sits on the hump, and has a large gap under both ends,(notice it floating In the picture with the tape measure). Also rather than using a proper wire connection for the speakers, they just drilled a hole through the back of the box to get the wiring from the amp to the subs. Tried reaching out, but they rarely answer the phone. Amateur quality at a premium price. Buyer beware.
