No problem. 25 minutes passed and NO ONE spoke to me to get my info or start working on my vehicle. Finally, I asked a guy that was walking past my vehicle if there was a traffic cone in front of me. He replied no. I said good...because I'm leaving. He said, Oh sorry. I won't be back. I understand having to wait....but 25 minutes and nobody checking? The error was only fixed after I pointed it out, and the only receipts I received were the incorrect one and the refund/charge correction, not an itemized one. They did end up fixing it (still pending on my bank account as of right now, but only one charge has gone through fully). * They showed me a photo of a completely empty coolant reservoir, claimed it was from my car, and told me it was unsafe to leave without a coolant flush and that they would have to report it to carfax. The photo was not of my vehicle. I returned to get an itemized receipt and ask for my air filter back and they told me that they had not said it was empty (assistant manager Braiden Turner had me step out of my vehicle and look at the perfectly fine coolant reservoir (which he insisted was empty). When I said "yeah, what about it?" He switched to talking about it being the quality and state of the coolant being unsafe. * They removed my air filter, told me it had not been changed in two years and wouldn't work properly (I had it replaced in May and the inside of the pleats are still pretty white), and then failed to reinstall it before letting me leave. I left with NO air filter in my car. After this, I went to Jiffy Lube across from Whataburger because my car was getting hot and not accelerating right on my way home. They confirmed the issue, got me a new filter, and checked my coolant (it wasn't empty) and treated me with professionalism and kindness. I'll be going there from now on. Told me that I needed to get an itemized receipt and watch my bank account and to call them if I end up having any issues with my car after it being serviced. Please learn from my mistake and take your car elsewhere!

However, I don't think I will recommend or use them again, because of the 3 month long extremely frustrating experience. If you do decide to use them for windshield repair, I strongly recommend the instant you hear the phrase "back ordered" either get your money back on go elsewhere, or at where they ordered it from and call and confirm for yourself that they ordered the correct windshield. Also, take your car in versus trusting them to come to you.

What a joke of a company if this dealership doesn't remind me of a used 1980s sleazy used car…read moredealership. Not only did it take me about a week to get a OTD price but they kept on using old sales tactics to get me in the door. Look it's 2025 people know the game and people have been watching videos and they have their own past experiences that they learn from. This dealership charges you about 6K dollars worth of unnecessary add ons. Plus they charge you if the vehicle is a CPO, they double dip and charge you again for tinting a used TRD that has already had tint from the previous owner according to Carfax.
