After a wreck I was in, my car was in this location for almost six weeks. I would call and each time "should be this time next week" My car rental ran out so I ended up paying for two more weeks and being on a fixed income, this hurt. My car was finally released to me a few days before Thanksgiving. My daughter was on her way to work and the car completely died on her. She was doing 70mph on I35 (Posted speed limit). She could have been killed or killed someone near her. She sat on the highway for six hours waiting for a wrecker. The car was towed to Firestone, across the street from Collision Maxx. They wouldn't take the car after hours. Firestone found there was a hole in the battery and the motor froze up. This was the night before Thanksgiving and my daughter was scheduled to work as well as TG day and the day after. She had no way to get there even after trying to find an Uber, so she missed three days. She lost her job over it. Collision Maxx refuses to take responsibility and fix the car properly. It is now sitting where I live unable to drive it. I had go out and find another vehicle so now I have a car payment I cannot really afford. Do not go to this location!!! Bad service listen to these reviews they are all correct!!! My mothers vehicle has been there 4 months 4!!!!! This is ridiculous and even after these four months it's still missing parts!! Also they told her to come up the vehicle and it was missing all her stickers and license plate!! Who does this???! Don't do it... just don't do it. The savings in the deductible isn't worth the unprofessionalism and crappy service. They kept my car for 5 weeks...during this time, they couldn't adjust the headlight assembly...they couldn't apply the self- healing protective film on the bumper..they knocked some paint off of my newly painted bumper, and how did they fix it? ...they used a paint pen. They didn't have the insurance coverage to cover them driving my car to the shops that could do some of the said work, so it didn't get done. Also, they left my car filthy inside and out.  I have never experienced worse customer service...they didn't even let me know that they only accepted cashiers checks or money orders until the day I picked my car up...unbelievable. They have held my car hostage for 6 months now. It needed minor repairs, but throughout their company downsizing and reshuffling, it was put on the back burner. I have about a dozen emails, phone calls, voicemails, and even a face to face commitment for their service manager that does nothing but lie to customers. This is the WORST place ever! They never call you back! They don't update you on your car!! They have had my car for almost 3 months and it was an estimated 8 DAY JOB! Now it's been ready for paint for almost a month. And I had to fight to get that info! They have NO IDEA how to treat customers or how to get work done in a REASONABLE MANNER. They make every excuse in the world. They even tryed saying at one point when I finally got a person to give me information that my claim had an extra 10,000$. I had to call to confirm what's going on with my insurance provider and they said that was incorrect. And to top it all off the lady who answers the phone is the rudest of them of all! Even the owner himself was rude and short with me and upset that I had his number when HE GAVE IT TO ME! At this point they have yet again promised its ready for paint but its apparently was ready the last time I had to practically FORCE SOMEBODY TO GET ON THE PHONE and that was before Christmas!! Save yourself the hassle and the stress and go with anyone else!! Add on to my review....... Funny how the owner says the way to get an update is to call but nobody will give you an update when you do call. And yes I understand that eight days is estimate which is why in my review I said estimated eight days but an estimated eight days is going to be three months with no updates. I'm still waiting on a call back From Martin who said he would call me back Friday to let me know when my car will be ready but apparently it takes another two weeks to trim it out and I never received a call to confirm when I can get my car.. but the owner will make sure to comment on a google review before taking care of the customer and the comment is just some more excuses and bull crap . Learn how return a phone call when you're supposed !!!! Biggest regret choosing this place. Another update.... Said my car would be ready today 2/21/23 but when my husband called to see if it was available for pickup he was told that my car wasn't ready. They mistakenly told us that. The Metroplex has become a huge traffic accident there's so much traffic I can't help but get in a wreck sooner or later someone will hit you. So again I had to put my car in the shop to get the repaired. I chose Collision Maxx because last year I use them and it was in and out and it in a day's time. So and again to the shop it's a little more damage on it this time but they helped me get a Rent-A-Car and I was on my way they called me 2 Days Later and I picked up my van. It was fast and because they did everything for me; it was easy. So if you get in a wreck and you need your car back fast... You call the guys at Collision Maxx they are professionals. read more

I got HAIL DAMAGE...But these Ladies were SOOO good to me! Jennifer & Robyn were very professional. I didn't have $500 to pay my deductible and they told me they would waive it for me. Just like that. I thought it was too good to be true until I got my Beemer back looking brand new, like the dents were never there...AND they didn't even have to paint my car to get the dents out. I brought my pick up to get fixed over a month ago. Initially they said it should be done in 1 to 2 weeks. It's been over a month and after bringing it back n forth for the last week yesterday I just said enough and just brought it home the way it is. My back up sensors which had nothing to do w the wreck are not working. They did a terrible job w the paint work. It's been a nightmare w these people and I still have to go elsewhere to finish the job if I want it done right. I was warned by many people including my insurance adjuster. But I'm not very picky and thought, how bad could it be? I found out the hard way.....REAL BAD!!!!! read more

Collision Max in Burleson tx is the worst you would be better off getting the part you need and fixing it yourself, their bad at it ,all they did was remove damaged part my front bumper and grill they charged for brand new parts and with brike the grill putting it on or bought a damaged grill and sold it as new also the (New bumper) ha it has damage where a sander cut into the plastic and they just painted over it like nobody would notice And the body lines dont line up When I pointed it out to the owner he claimed he couldn't see the obvious problem with the body lines and refuse to see the damage on the grill they cracked the chrome and broke 3 of the bolt holes on the grill where it bolts to the hood The owner said he couldn't see any missing bolt and nothing was broken but he wouldn't even look at it When I told him what my insurance adjuster said they need to fix he told me they only paid for the parts not for them to install them on the vehicle right and if i wanted to pay them more money they would take them back off and put them on right Never go to this unprofessional place They are the reason people do things themselves. They are the worst ever, all they do is lie. When I choose them to fix my car they told me it would take 2 weeks so after them having my car for 10 days called to check on it. I was told it was in body and would be ready in another week, I said ok. My insurance adjuster called the same day and they told him it was in paint which I thought was strange, so my husband goes up there the next day and they hadn't even touch my car. I mean why lie if they were backed up they should have just said that. Well after that they said they were going to work double time to get it done, that was 17 days ago and yet I still don't my car. Yesterday they told me it should be done later that day, so when I didn't get a call last night I called this morning and now they say it won't be ready to tomorrow. Dropped off car to have two windows replaced. Called to confirm car would be ready, but they never confirmed. I life out of town, so did not go pickup. They claim that one of the windows was busted out again by someone who doesn't like me. I find that highly unlikely since I live 3 hours away. Take your business to a reputable body shop. read more

Collision Maxx is TERRIBLE!!! They had my car almost 51 days, and still returned my car with pieces not fixed! They billed my insurance for these parts, cashed the check but never actually fixed the parts! Then told me I was out of luck! That my insurance would have to pay more money for the parts because they supposively never recieved any payment for the parts! While my insurance shows they have already paid for all of these parts! Never ever use them!! It has now been 74 days since my wreck and I am still having to deal with these people! They told me my car would be ready for the next day for 3 weeks!! Once I was finally aloud to pick my car up there was still broken pieces in the engine, and pieces missing! The check engine light was on, as well as a giant whole in the battery!!! If you use them plan on a total disaster and money down the drain!!! read more
