I'd just entered the freeway when some idiot roared past me and cut back in front just as I saw the tire right front of me. No way to avoid. Heartbroken to say that Sam died, but when I took my Mazda to Silver Lining, honestly, the name is 100% accurate, I was greeted by Lyn; friendly, caring and very professional. The advisor, Rob Gonzalez, also one of the nicest blokes I've ever met, inspected my car and assured me they'd handle everything with my insurance. Which he did.
