I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 that was in a car accident back in November 2020. The car pulled out…read moreon me at a red light intersection causing significant damage. I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. Everything seems to be in order and the truck drives very well, so Ken Ballard I thank you and if you get to read this review, then please tell your repair team that they did a very good job getting me back rolling again. Thank you Lynn Smith Collision Center, and I especially extend a thank you to you Ken for a job well done. If I ever need you, then I know where to go!

It was already a sentimental vehicle, so I was nervous about repairs. From the very beginning, the staff treated it -- and me -- with care and respect. They not only made sure the truck was fully repaired and spotless on the outside, but they went above and beyond in understanding the sentimental value it held. When they offered to clean the interior, I declined because the truck still smelled like my dad's cigars -- something I wasn't ready to lose. The team completely understood. In fact, one of them shared how that same smell reminded them of their own fathers. That kind of empathy and connection means more than I can say. They didn't just fix my dad's truck -- they honored his memory in the process.

So where to begin. They were referred by progressive as one of their premier shops. Well I guess…read moreprogressive has low standards. So they get my truck at their shop. Well when I go to pick it up I find out their employees steal. They stole a knife out of my truck. they were supposed to replace part of my bumper at my cost. Well shady ass place they are they didn't and glued the light in place. Then tried to explain to me I was imagining that's what they did. They then tried to tell me I needed new bushings on my rear axles. This was brought up when they were doing the alignment per the insurance claim. Funny part with that was I had just had an alignment done 2 weeks prior. Funny par ad that shop Sid nothing about the bushings. Oh best part is I had just had the replaced a year ago. So moving forward progressive asked me to allow them to fix their mistakes. As reluctant as I was I agreed. Well this time yep you guessed it their employees stole a brand new Milwaukee tool bag out of my truck. When I said something the owner was like I'll talk to my guys. As if the thriving employee will just up and admit he took items from truck. As for quality of work they're better at stealing than body work. They had to replace a headlight. Well these clowns put the wrong headlight assembly on my truck. An didn't know it wasn't compatible. Again they tried to question my like I did something wrong. I'm like you guys order the lift and put it in. They leave out bolts and will try to up-charge you because as a body shop they suck. Bottomline your better off taking it to the trade school and having the students repair you truck! But at the end if you decide to chance it with these guys. Make sure if it's not nailed down or welded take it out of your vehicle because it will be missing when you get back! Oh and I might add the whole time dealing with these guys and these ordeals, never once did the owner who claims to be hands on reached out to me. That in itself you be a huge red flag to not do business with them!

First, this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to them and it has popped up on carfax that they serviced the vehicle with an oil change when they didn't. I had spark plugs changed and it included an oil change that never occurred. This messes up the carfax with bad information and it's not easy to fix. When I mentioned it the first time they asked me to email them about it and acted like they had no idea how it could have happened, but the issue hasn't been fixed and continues to happen. Secondly, I paid these guys nearly $800 to diagnose and fix a cylinder misfire, but less than a week after leaving the shop and the issue is still there. Which tells me that they didn't truly diagnose what was causing it, but instead threw parts at it hoping that it would fix the issue. After I called to let them know that the check engine light came back on and was throwing the same code the answer I received was "it's probably a good idea to sell your vehicle". Are you kidding me? Them taking some responsibility for not fixing my vehicle after I gave them nearly a grand to do so seems like a more appropriate response.
