Fast and reliable shop, helpful personnel, attention to detail and very reasonable prices

They did an awesome job repairing my truck after it was in an accident. It was a pretty large repair and they completed it in seven working days. I highly recommend them. read more

Caliber Collision on South freeway on Burleson did an excellent job on my car. It was repaired earlier than expected and was returned very clean. Service rep, Alonso, kept me informed of repairs every step of the way. He did an exceptional job providing service. read more

i currently have my car getting fixed at this location, i was called yesterday 6/22/24 that my car was ready 1 week into working on it. when i showed up and look at my car, the paint looked good but none of the pieces they put on were fitted correctly. my car had gaps everywhere from the hood line to the door, even the head light. mind you they charged my insurance 9 thousand dollars. going to include pictures from one side that was repaired with all the gaps in it, to the other side on how its supposed to look. told them i wasnt taking my car because it was repaired correctly so i will update this one i receive my car back read more

My husband had his truck here for two weeks. The day he picked up his truck, his battery was dead. Techs left lights on the entire time they had the truck and it completely drained the less than a yr old battery. He managed to get a jump but had to replace it later that same day. Not even an acknowledgment, let alone replacement of the battery. There were specific repairs done that were not authorized and we had to come out of pocket for. The trailer hitch was broken and no longer functions and the back up camera was damaged. Nothing was addressed by the shop and no repair work to the damage caused by the shop/refund/replacement has been provided. read more

Thank you James for getting my window fixed! My manual window was difficult to use but after they worked on it, it is much easier!

My car had a scratch on the side doors from a youngster with a backpack. I was not concerned about my 2015 car looking showroom perfect, but rather was concerned as I thought the scratch went through the pain and therefore put the area at risk of future rusting. I needed feedback and an estimate. My Advisor, Ernesto Santamaria, at the Burleson office, said that the scratch was not as deep as I had worried and he took the time to get some paint that matched my car. He applied the pain to the scratches and I will give it another coat with clear polish later today. Often companies and individuals do not take the time for the customer. I appreciate his effort and wanted to post a review. Very much appreciated. read more

I went to the location in Burleson on SE John Jones. I will admit I was skeptical at first because in the past I have always used Frank Kent for body work. However, the insurance company recommended Caliber Collision and since Frank Kent was saying they couldn't get to my car until 6 weeks later, I decided to give them a try. I was COMPLETELY satisfied and y'all I am a perfectionist that treats my car like a child. Joe and Hope are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I got daily text's with updates about the expected completion time. I honestly couldn't have gotten better service. read more

Caliber Collision customer service was outstanding me personally as a woman, is hard to find that when it comes to dealing with my car. They went above and beyond to get me the best item. I was so impressed with the quality product as well. They exceeded all my expectations I highly recommend them!!! read more

Excellent service, customer service, communication and workmanship. Jordan is the best person to work with!

Always excellent work! These guys know what they doing! Very satisfied!! Absolutely recommended! My car looks even better than before I got it fixed! read more

When i picked up my car I noticed they had emptied my glove compartment and center console and threw everything in my back seat and left it there. Would not recommend read more

You guys!! I've gone to this shop with HORRIBLE dents in two vehicles of mine. I just got my car back Tuesday and it looked so beautiful. Marco went above and beyond to help me and went out of his way to assist IN THE RAIN to deliver my car to me after work hours. (Thank you so much) I will tell everyone I know to use these guys. I'm 10000% satisfied. read more

The customer service from the time I entered the office to the update texts every other day on my vehicle status was excellent. With covid everyone wore masks, they had shields at check in desks. They assured me everything in my vehicle would be wiped down prior to pick up. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend. read more

After waiting about a month to get the hail damage on my car repaired, dropped off my car at caliber collision, filled out their paperwork, and left. I asked to be contacted once a week and was told that Brent would call me later that day once he had a chance to look at it. That was Monday and today is Friday. I still have not heard from Brent. I called to check on the status and he won't take my call and took a message. It's been 5 of the 10 days quoted to me and I'm pretty positive they have not even begun repairs on my car. The receptionist is very nice yet no one seems to be able to let me know how the repairs are coming along or what make and model of car I even dropped off. Beyond the receptionist, the service is complete crap. Go somewhere else. I now wish I had. **** update: picked up my car and Brent explained to me that they put a hole in the ceiling fabric putting the roof back on. Also, my taillight still has the same spiderweb crack it did when I took it in. They charged me/my insurance to replace the light and they clearly didn't. read more

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kayla and her team did a wonderful job! I received daily text messages with updates, and everything was done in a timely manner - exactly when she said it would be. You guys went above and beyond and did an excellent job! Thank you! read more

I took my 2020 Camry in to get repaired and it was there for 2 weeks and John who was working on my car did not call and update me ONCE on my cars progress or keep me updated on anything being done. I got my car back after 2 weeks and had to take it back 2 days later. It had a leak in the parts they repaired and it lost all its Freon so it had to be fixed a second time around. Again NO UPDATE was done unless i called. The second time Miguel was the one who i was supposed to speak to and never did. The only person who helped or gave me any type update was Rodger the manager. He did update me only when I initiated calls and gave me a free rental for the second time my car was in the shop. Would not recommend this place if you like good communication. read more

Had no problems and everything was done in a timely fashion. Had a few dings and the truck looks good as new.

Update the manager and I discussed it yesterday and he has agreed to help me out and make it right... I appreciate John calling to let me know they would like to try and figure something out... John was great through the whole process... Roger is the manager I talked to yesterday he was great and I look forward to having my truck back very soon! read more

The process was easy, Kevin was very professional and went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I did have to go a couple of times after I picked up my car to get small things adjusted. Only suggestion is to inspect your vehicle thoroughly before you leave to avoid coming back. But all in all a great experience. read more

Did a great job on my truck, looks better than it did before the wreck! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. Truck was ready when they said it would be and looks great! read more

Rude, unhelpful staff. Had I not had a reservation, I would have left and picked another location. The receptionist was very rude as well as the other staff members. Very unpleasant experience. This place also has thieves that ransack and search cars at night. After observation, there is a small, measly fence with no added security, which can be easily climbed. I had an item stolen out of my damaged car, thankfully it wasn't valuable. Things were thrown and scattered, of course I had to clean everything up. Be wary when leaving your car here, make sure you take EVERYTHING. Would not recommend, find another caliber collision if possible. read more

Hope you don't need your car back quickly. Hope you're good at dragging info from anyone up there besides the one person who handles your case. Horrible experience. read more

I wish I could give them -5 stars! That's how shitty they are. Especially girl at front desk. So freaking rude with a bit fat attitude. Also, over charged with labor costs to repair something so minimal. read more

So far I've been waiting for 40 minutes since my appointment time for an inspection on my vehicle. I was one of the first appointments of the day, so I'm not sure how this is taking so long. The agent was informed I was here upon arrival and still hasn't seen me for a basic inspection. My advice...don't come here if you have any other plans today. It's clear they don't really care about your time. read more

If i could give no stars i would ive gone to them on 3 different occasions large spans apart hoping for a change and each time has been hell its putting wrong parts on oir vehicle, vehicle came back a mess on the inside full of dust, clips missing on the inside panels, gas spout was no screwed back on to the bed of truck after repairs and fell inside, outside panels broken and missing headlights not functioning or even screwed back down and lots more.... just a mess and getting them to make it right takes forever they give you the runaround with the ill give you a call back and parts arent here yet ridiculous.... wouldnt recommend them at all save yourself time and the trouble and go anywhere but here........ read more

I took my '97 Toyota to this location to have the fender, headlight, and bumper cover repaired. I used a rental, paying for it out of pocket and was told to expect 5 days. I received a call day 5 that the headlight they ordered had come in damaged and that another would be on backorder, so likely another week. I understand, my car is old, but the price of the rental started racking up. My headlight was finally replaced after 2 weeks, but I was told that now we were waiting on a bumper cover (news to me!), and it would likely be another 3-4 days. They offered to let me pick up my car with the old bumper cover so I wouldn't have to continue to pay for the rental. I talked to their manager and ended up getting 3 days of the rental covered by them, and picked my car up. Got home and realized the headlight they replaced didn't work, and I had to be at work soon. They drove the rental back to me and picked up my car to replace the bulb. I got my car back the next day, headlight now working, and was told I would get a call when the bumper cover came in and had been inspected. I was told to expect it to be here Monday, and it being now the following Thursday I decided to call and ask about it. It was there, not sure how long it had been sitting there. I took my car in today and had it finished in about 30 min. Needless to say, I understand waiting on parts is out of their control, but this whole process took about 3 weeks and was a headache from start to finish. Nice people there, but I will definitely be taking my car elsewhere next time. read more
