Basing my review on quickness and effectiveness alone, I'm giving 5 stars. I called, they came in…read more30 minutes. Never ever has a place been that great. My driver, Anthony, was great! He chatted with me and made me feel more at ease about my horrible situation that landed me needing a tow. I have no complaints about the driver and don't want the rest of my review to reflect his service. It was perfect. However, I have to mention that whoever answered the phone when I called (Dispatch, I believe, not a driver) was not professional. I had just been in an accident, I was very stressed out and panicky. I asked them, "Do I ride with the driver or do I need my own ride/Uber?" I thought that was a reasonable question...I've never had a tow before and I was at work. Even my driver asked me if I was riding with him or getting other transportation-I do not feel that my question warranted a joke. The man on the line responds "Nah, we just drop the truck off with you and you have to drive it home." Keep in mind I am having a panic attack and am not sensing that it's a joke so I go "Oh, okay?" and he goes "I'm kidding." Whole time, he had a tone of nonchalant sarcasm and I felt pretty bad about it. Maybe tell Dispatch to stop making jokes to troubled callers. Really distasteful.

I was stuck on an icy hill which I explained to the dispatcher named Kevin. The driver named…read moreAnthony did show up within the time I was told. That being said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have chains on his tires and said he would have gotten stuck if he tried to pull us out. He did try to physically push us out of the ditch and when that failed he walked away and said nothing to us. Several minutes later the dispatcher called and said his driver couldn't find us then I told him his driver was here said he didn't have chains for his tires tried to push us out then left. Then a few more minutes later Kevin called back and said his driver had to go buy a rope and would be back in 1-2 hours. then about 45 mins later a different person called and said the driver still needed to go buy this rope and some straps to safely be able to pull out my vehicle and that was going to take 4-5 more hours before he could get back to me. In the end my kind hearted neighbors pulled me out of the ditch and saved me over $400 dollars. I will never use or recommend this company ever again lesson learned!

I had a great experience with A & J Towing LLC. I called after hours to get a quote, and the owner…read moreanswered right away. He gave me the best price compared to the other towing companies I called, and the service was fast and professional. As a woman, being stranded after dark can be scary, so I really appreciated how quickly he responded and helped me. One thing to mention is that there is another company with a very similar name (AJ Towing), which was a little confusing at first. I accidentally called them first, and their quote was much higher. I'm glad I found A & J towing LLC . I definitely recommend A & J Towing LLC to my family and friends. If you're looking for fast, reliable service and fair prices, they're the company to call!

I had a motorcycle towed by them, and they handled the tow fantastically. I contacted multiple places before A&J. They were either slow to respond or could not handle a motorcycle.
