That being said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have chains on his tires and said he would have gotten stuck if he tried to pull us out. He did try to physically push us out of the ditch and when that failed he walked away and said nothing to us. Several minutes later the dispatcher called and said his driver couldn't find us then I told him his driver was here said he didn't have chains for his tires tried to push us out then left. Then a few more minutes later Kevin called back and said his driver had to go buy a rope and would be back in 1-2 hours. then about 45 mins later a different person called and said the driver still needed to go buy this rope and some straps to safely be able to pull out my vehicle and that was going to take 4-5 more hours before he could get back to me. In the end my kind hearted neighbors pulled me out of the ditch and saved me over $400 dollars. I will never use or recommend this company ever again lesson learned!

I think not! That would explain the 2.3 star review. That's outrageous! So I search google more and found DFW Hook It Towing and Collision. I called to get a quote and was quoted less than half of what the other company quoted. So I requested tuner services. Within 10 minutes Alfred arrived to tow my truck. He was professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. I especially appreciate the honesty in their quotes and he handles my vehicle with care. If I ever need towing services again they will be who I contact first and who I would to anyone who might need their services.
