My car would not start and I didn't know for sure if it was the battery or something else. The dispacther walked me through sending over a driver to jump start my car and if that didn't work, then the driver would tow my car to the dealership. Payment was done over the phone and I only had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. I would say that for the level of service, and just down right good communication with the dispatcher, along with the convenience of only having to wait 15 minutes, $100 for the jump start was worth it.

The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window.
