They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. The shop is very spacious and clean both in the work area and the waiting area. Both of the ladies in the office were seamlessly juggling several tasks at once from onboarding some new hires, getting quotes for third party window repairs on cars they were working on, and greeting new customers. I explained my situation to Justin when he came out and the short timeframe that I was working within. He thoroughly explained what he could do with the dent in order to prepare it for the lease return while keeping my costs low. The price was extremely reasonable compared to another quote I had gotten and he offered to do the work while I waited. Even though his shop was pretty full he worked my vehicle in and had the dent worked out in less than 45 minutes with much better results than I expected! My side mirror was broken when I got my truck and he never replaced it. He also gave me warranty on the paint and 3 weeks later my hood paint is chipping, my fog lights got replace and they have water inside them also one of the lights has a piece of trash inside, My day time running lights bulbs got replace and put red brake lights. My transmission coolant was replace but not the hose and I had transmission oil leaking. He gave me several deadlines. I never rushed them and when I picked up my truck the first time the hood did not fit; l stayed an hour while they hit it to try and make it close. After a few days he then told me it was ready again with several issues still. I'm still waiting for him to call or text to fix the issues and he has not reached back out to me at this point it's safe to say he does not care to make it right.
