DFW Bumper Solutions is an A+++ business! I had front end dents & scrapes. Didn't know what to do…read morebut was lucky enough to find their website. Response to my request was almost immediate. Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course). Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. And of course it was. Highly, highly recommend Bumper Solutions!!

Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.

My side mirror was broken when I got my truck and he never replaced it. He also gave me warranty on the paint and 3 weeks later my hood paint is chipping, my fog lights got replace and they have water inside them also one of the lights has a piece of trash inside, My day time running lights bulbs got replace and put red brake lights. My transmission coolant was replace but not the hose and I had transmission oil leaking. He gave me several deadlines. I never rushed them and when I picked up my truck the first time the hood did not fit; l stayed an hour while they hit it to try and make it close. After a few days he then told me it was ready again with several issues still. I'm still waiting for him to call or text to fix the issues and he has not reached back out to me at this point it's safe to say he does not care to make it right.
