When I entered the office I was greeted by the very professional office manager. She notified Justin, the owner, that I was there for a quote and she offered me a selection of beverages while I waited for him to finish a call. The shop is very spacious and clean both in the work area and the waiting area. Both of the ladies in the office were seamlessly juggling several tasks at once from onboarding some new hires, getting quotes for third party window repairs on cars they were working on, and greeting new customers. I explained my situation to Justin when he came out and the short timeframe that I was working within. He thoroughly explained what he could do with the dent in order to prepare it for the lease return while keeping my costs low. The price was extremely reasonable compared to another quote I had gotten and he offered to do the work while I waited. Even though his shop was pretty full he worked my vehicle in and had the dent worked out in less than 45 minutes with much better results than I expected!
