Worst service ever! My husband bought a new 2026 truck in March. After 1 week he got stranded and had to have it towed. They said it was a battery connector. Pick it up 2 weeks later, 2 days later does it again but he limps it there. After a week they say they can't find the issue. We go back to pick it up and it won't start. Week and a half later we go get it. Smells like a sweat shop, filthy inside and huge door ding! Never again will I buy a car from this place! Mind u our first payment was due May 1st!!! read more

Had to bring my truck in for rear end collision repair. Getting the parts in took longer than I would have preferred but not really their fault. They worked with my insurance so nothing was paid out of pocket because it was no-fault claim. The truck was cleaned and was done on time. Just a heads up: This is one of those typical dealers where they tag on a $995 dealer package (in addition to all the normal transport, delivery, etc. fees) that includes pointless things like nitrogen in the tires , a "loaner" car if your car has to be in the shop (which is free at every other dealership I've ever been to) and wheel locks and insist they have no ability to take any of it off. They insisted they were "already losing money on the car" so they couldn't give us anything else off the price that was literally listed on the dealer website (we all know that the listed price is not the lowest price they give) all while promising they are the most honest, upfront and transparent dealership we'll ever find. It was the typical dealer speech you normally have to sit through to get to the point where they give you a little off the price--but the discount never came. Had we not driven an hour to get here, we would have walked just because the salesman were not the nicest/most professional, but our girl really wanted to get her car today so we sucked it up and gave them our money. We won't be back and we don't recommend this dealership. We've had really great car buying experiences where we drove away feeling like valued customers who got a great deal on a great car. Treated me like I was stealing my own car from the service center after I called ahead to have my keys left at the front desk. Its not our fault the people at the service desk totally butchered my wife's name. I even text and said it was wrong and got a reply it would be fixed. I get showing my drivers license but getting a copy is wild. I only sent it there to see if the service was better than Bruce Lowrie where I purchased my last five cars since we were looking to trade our equinox. Nope not ever but thanks for making sure another person with the same last name didn't show up 45 minutes after I called to make arrangements didn't steal my car, I guess. read more

Avoid Jerrys Chevrolet! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Their Service manager hung up on me midsentence (Cody). I made 2 appointments to get work done. Neither issues have been resolved. Each time I was told my C7 corvette would be put indoors. I drove by afterhours and each time it was left outside. Dont lie to me. Each time it was given to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. My car is still broken and they have had it for over 2 weeks! Avoid Jerry Durant Chevrolet in Hudson Oaks. This pic is taken in the same place both visits. Definitely not in their garage. Lying to your customers you would think would be an easy issue to avoid. Purchased 2019 Chevy Silverado LT new 106,000 miles had an engine failure requiring vehicle to be towed off the road. Diagnosis: Faulty Hydraulic lifter and scored CAM, Faulty Fuel Injector Tota Cost to repair $8500 between 2 shops GM sells this and other models knowing that there is a higher than normal incidence of failure of the component. They apparently have a "service - bulletin" but no recall on the problem. The repair is extremely costly. There was no work-around to the problem other than fixing the vehicle or selling it as non-working vehicle. They do not disclose to the consumer this problem when selling their vehicles. I was told by the Service advisor that there are "a lot of moving parts" that can fail in the engine. The vehicle was purchased new at Jerry's Chevy in Weatherford and had all the recommended maintenance and oil changes done. Chevy offered me a $750 credit toward the repair. read more

The service department is terrible. My Z71 has been to their shop five times to fix the radio. Also, I gave them a bad survey review from my last visit. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Jerry's, and we'd like to thank the salesperson and the finance department for making the process smooth. However, just a week after our purchase on 12/30, we've had to return the 2025 Equinox three times for the engine light turning on. We have dropped off the car for the fourth time and we are hopeful that the vehicle will be repaired. It's extremely concerning to be dealing with these ongoing issues while payments are about to begin on a new car, we've barely been able to use. This situation has been incredibly stressful, as we're not only responsible for the car payments but also forced to find alternative solutions for work and personal commuting. It's been disappointing that the dealership/service department hasn't been supportive, failing to provide a loaner car as a courtesy or taking the time to fully explain the reasons behind the ongoing engine light issues. read more

Took my 2022 Silverado in to Jerry's for the dreaded dead lifter repair. Was told straight up while dropping it off that they no longer offer loaner vehicles even when a vehicle under warranty was not driveable. Asked the for rental assistance and was told quote "you are shit out of luck". We contacted GM directly and was told that it was the dealers choice. GM customer service said we could rent a vehicle and TRY to get Jerry's to pay us back... Jerry's and GM have lost a loyal 50 year plus GM customer. Also, we had to pick up our truck at their Cadillac dealer. The truck is filthy inside and out. I will have to take it to be detailed. read more

Mario my salesman was fast and ready to get in and out which is a first but it seamed like I was just in his way. I was there looking at a used F250 (already emailed and texted Mario) Handed him my id and he let me drive it just me and my wife. When it came to negotiating I wasn't going to beat them down on price but when it came to trade I wanted a certain price and they were way off. They had a similar vehicle out in front for sale 52K (jeep gladiator rubicon) 22k miles and I wanted 48K for my trade in (jeep gladiator Mojave gobi paint fully loaded) 16k miles but they let me know all they could do was 42. They asked me where I got my price from and I said right out in front of your lot. They told me they needed to make money this is a business yes you are correct sir (old man looks like he's on juice) but to try and make close to 8-10k off of me. I just left and then they sent me a text stating they would give me 1k more for my trade. People do your research because it sounds like this is one of those "old slick mouth" dealerships. read more

Beware of the service department! They will nickel & dime you to death. Sat through an oil change last week & 9 out of 10 people were told their alignment was off and ask if they would like to correct. (Machine reads it as you pull in) $79.99 - $99.99 is a money making endeavor. I cannot imagine 90% of the customers have alignment issues. To top it off, my EVAP purge pump supposedly bombed out because I "over filled" the gas tank. $543 + tax to fix. 2,000 miles over my 36K warranty. Shady shady shady! read more

Trash. Just trash. We were in the middle of the buying process, we were pre-approved through our bank and needed Hunter to get back with us to provide a purchase order for the bank and our counter off for our trade in. We waited over 4 hours for Hunter to call us back. I finally called him to let him know I had found someone to buy my vehicle and we needed to proceed without a trade in. He told me they sold the vehicle we were in the middle of purchasing to someone who walked in. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he too showed absolutely no remorse and just brushed my complaint off. We will never deal with Jerry's again and highly suggest you don't waste your time. I forgot to mention THEY CALLED ME ASKING ME TO BUY THE VEHICLE just to turn around and sell it from under us in the middle of buying it. read more

I want to give a special thank you to Tim Parker who helped me find a great deal within my price range yesterday (4/14/17)! I have been searching for a nice, reliable used vehicle to purchase. I'm a huge Dave Ramsey follower and totally back him on the idea of not believing in car payments- trade your car and pay cash for the difference. I've always been a saver, paid off my car almost 2 years ago, and have been stashing $$$ for the cash difference. I looked all over Irving and stopped at the Hyundai dealership, but they wouldn't knock off 1.5k for my trade in/cash offer. My uncle told me about Jerry's (he lives in Weatherford), so he stopped by then called me about a Hyundai Tucson. I drove out to Weatherford, and half way there, he called to tell me it sold, but they have a 2013 Kia Sportage- 31k mileage. They appraised my car for 4K, and I paid just under $11k cash difference. I didn't see a deal close to that in my area (Coppell/Irving/Lewisville/Dallas). If it weren't for Tim finding that car, I would still be looking. I would not recommend doing business with Jerry's. This after doing business with them for more than 25 years and spending 100s of thousands of dollars with them. I traded in a owned vehicle and purchased a different one. I explained about the title and they said it's not a problem. We deal with all the time. There is a check that they were to pay the next day. They said I need to provide them paper work from the bank I paid it off from. I did so. Now months later still do have the check or plates for the car purchased from them. And the vehicle traded in. They have already sold. It is terrible how they have betrayed my trust. I have taken my vehicle here for service since I bought it here. You would think that the Moran's that do the oil changes could at least take a look at the brake pads and see something. I was told that the oil Change guys are not trained to diagnose brake issues but they could at least open their eyes and bring it to someone's attention who is!!! I had my first experience with awesome customer service at a dealership today. I had to bring my Tahoe in to get the rear AC fixed. It stopped blowing. I called and made an appointment and dropped the car off this morning at 7am. Roughly. The service agent Dee was super nice and was up front and told me it may have to be in until Monday to get looked at. Which was OK with me when she told she was giving me a 2015 GMC Sierra Texas Edition truck for the weekend at NO charge. Nice truck. I didn't wanna give it back. But turns out my Tahoe was done around 4pm. Everybody I talked to here was very helpful and very nice to talk with. Well done service department. DO NOT take your vehicle to be repaired here. My husband and I took my Taho in twice. The first time they said all I needed was transmission fluid. I'm not a machanic so I didn't know better. A few weeks later I'm still having problem. So we take it back. They then tell us that the issue isn't covered by warranty so we have to pay a small fortune out of pocket for the repairs and they had my vehicle for over a week. We finally get it back and after a while we have the SAME problems. Except this time we can't afford to take it in again and be without a car for that long. So we have to wait until we can afford to take it back in. Well we finally get it it but with someone else. Come to find out that the shotty repairs done by Jerry's almost cost me my engine. We were told that whoever did the repairs did it incorrectly. We contacted Jerry's to see if they would help reimburse us due to their mistakes and we were told no that we should have come back there. Why would I go back to the place that only damaged my car?!? So please save your vehicles and go somewhere else. Pam why would i take my vehicle to a place that messed a the repair TWICE. But that's ok. I will never be back and i will make sure that everyone I know will not go there either. Also I tried to contact the manager that you referred me to and 1 he doesn't return calls and 2 when you do finally get him to answer he is VERY rude. We purchased the 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with 4WD and love every aspect of the vehicle. What is more, because of the numerous safety features our insurance is only a few dollars more than the 2003 Tahoe we traded. The staff was great in all aspects and it was a fun experience dealing with the salesman, Robert Cockerham, as well as the Sales manager and with the other members of the staff. All questions were thoroughly answered and alternatives as well as all options were completely explained. We could not be happier, and it was great to be a return customer. Jerry's service department is amazing! I stopped by Jerry's without an appointment as my truck was not braking properly due to what they referred to as "hard brake". As I arrived at close to 4p and seeing all the cars they were already working on, I just knew I was going to be sent away (I was turned away 2 days before by a different dealership due to they were too busy). The total opposite happened at Jerry's!!! I first met Bill, the Service Manager, that greeted me promptly with a smile and jumped all over seeing what he could do to resolve my issue. Bill then introduced me to Dylan, Service Advisor, which took it from there and got me all squared away. Not sure the names of the other folks there, but as I was waiting they all made me feel at home and welcomed. This was my first experience with Jerry's but know it won't be the last. I purchased a 2015 Silverado. It was the second vehicle in one week I bought from Jerry's Chevrolet. The experience was very quick and pleasant. I will be back to buy another. I would like to share however one aspect which I did not at all like. While I was aware I was buying a demo, and I did receive $1000 or $1500 discount; if I had realized what that meant I would have bought new with 0 miles. I told the finance person we were going to refi with our own bank the next day. I feel as though I was misled because the next day when I called my bank they said they could not refi my new truck because now it was used with 6000 miles and worth 12,000 less because of the milage. Someone should have mentioned this as I believe the dealership was aware this would be the case. read more

DO NOT GO TO Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford for car repairs! Let me explain. I took my car in because it needed an oil change but it was also making this muffler sound in the engine ( no engine lights were on my dash board). I dropped it off to Jerry's and the guy called me back and said it would be 1885 because the cause of my sound in the engine was because there were 2 engine mounts and 2 transmission mounts that needed to be replaced. After discussing this issue with my brother in law he suggested I asked Christian brothers for a quote. I called Christian brothers in Weatherford and asked them what they would charge me for the same repair (based on Jerrys mechanics diagnosis) they quoted me 1689. When I called the guy back at Jerry's and told him that I was going to pick it up because I got a better deal, he said he would have to charge me 150 for me to get my vehicle or he could match the the price that Christian brothers quoted me. I decided to keep it with Jerry's because I felt stuck. However the next day Jerry's called me and said it would be a month for 2 or the engine mounts to come in. I ended up calling Christian brothers back and they were able to not only get the parts but do the job in a week. Well that is where God stepped in. Troy from Christian brothers pulled my car in and took a look at it and called me on Monday morning... he said he could not charge me to replace the brackets or mounts because his mechanics saw nothing wrong with them. He said "i don't know what the other mechanic at Jerry's was thinking, but there is nothing wrong with any of your brackets or mounts. All you needed was an oil change." Thank God for good people and begin honest. Troy at Christian brothers told me he couldn't replace those parts on my car because it just wasn't right to do that and charge someone for something they didn't need . He didnt even charge me a restocking fee because he felt bad that Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford charged me for their mechanics diagnosis.... WHICH WAS WRONG. I called Tuesday (07-12-22) to get my refund from Jerry's and told them how wrong their mechanic was and that they could have caused me thousands for just a oil change.... I'm still waiting to get my money back today is (07-19-22). Apparently the Jerry's Chevrolet supervisor has not approved my refund. NEVER NEVER GO TO JERRYS CHEVROLET!
