I was looking for a place to have a small dent popped out of the back liftgate of my SUV before turning it back to the lease company in two days. When I entered the office I was greeted by the very professional office manager. She notified Justin, the owner, that I was there for a quote and she offered me a selection of beverages while I waited for him to finish a call. The shop is very spacious and clean both in the work area and the waiting area. Both of the ladies in the office were seamlessly juggling several tasks at once from onboarding some new hires, getting quotes for third party window repairs on cars they were working on, and greeting new customers. I explained my situation to Justin when he came out and the short timeframe that I was working within. He thoroughly explained what he could do with the dent in order to prepare it for the lease return while keeping my costs low. The price was extremely reasonable compared to another quote I had gotten and he offered to do the work while I waited. Even though his shop was pretty full he worked my vehicle in and had the dent worked out in less than 45 minutes with much better results than I expected! I had 2 vehicles damaged by hail, in late February. Contacted Sean at DFW Dent Repair and told him of my very tight schedule due to moving out of state. He came out and gave me estimates. We agreed to have the work done, they took 1 vehicle at a time, they picked up and delivered to my house. They worked closely with insurance to get the work done. Both vehicles look great, they finished a day ahead of schedule, and I did not notice, but my truck was empty when they took it but Tony filled it up on the way back to me, at no charge. After being a victim of the hail in March I was referred to DFW Dent repair by member at my work place. They where helpful in the beginning got me in a rental, and started work quickly or so I thought. I was with out my truck for a over a month. I had to call in to get updates and time frames. When I received my truck back the dent repair was great, However they did a terrible job putting original lining back in place. my decals were not put back on as well. I drove from McKinney to Lewisville set to meet Tony to get everything done early in the morning before work. I waited an hour in front of the shop with no response and was forced to cancel appointments due to timin. I'm currently still waiting on my decals as well as repair on the work that was not done well. After all of this August got in touch with me in order to make things right. He went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. They picked up my car in for me fixed mistakes and had it back to me quickly. As much as I would have loved for this to be done the first time. The interior company used screws that were too long when attempting to repair the headliner in my vehicle. The screws damaged the roof and left two dings on roof. First I just want to say WOW! This was my first time ever having to get repairs done on my car and I'm soooo glad I found DFW dent repair. I came and got an estimate. White going trough my insurance and Collin walked me through the whole process and how it worked filing a claim. He went above and beyond in helping me before I even dropped my car off there. I dropped my car off on a Monday and I was needing the hail damage repaired very quickly since I was going to be retuning it really soon. I'm my mind it was going to take weeks but my car was done that Friday! They did an AMAZING job and were so professional and friendly! This review is a month overdue, but I just want to put in my 2 cents. Although I had a couple of set backs due to some confusion between my insurance company and dfw Dent Repair, the overall quality of the work they do and their level of professionalism is very good. My car was riddled with dents after a hail storm and I called several repair places and this was the only one that could fit me in within 2 weeks. Throughout the process, Colin was very responsive and always answered my questions and calls right away with straightforward answers. I was impressed with their paintless Dent Repair, you honestly can't tell my car was hit with hail. I have never had a good experience at an auto dealership, or auto shop (at the few I've been to). All the people I've met have been pushy and dishonest. so having someone giving me honest answers regarding costs, and what options I could do, was refreshing. If I had anything negative to say at all it would be the repaint on the hood and trunk that I had to replace. There are very small areas on the edges where the paint looks thin. However, it does not take away from the function of the panel, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of having it looked at again (it's time consuming! I think everyone would agree), so I did not contact them about it. I'm also rather particular,so I'm probably the only one that noticed it. IN SUMMARY, I recommend checking this place out if you have dents needing repairs-Especially paintless dent repairs. I am very happy with the work they did :). read more

I was going to sell my car to a nice young man the morning after the hail storm. My car was totaled, but the insurance company offered me another settlement if I just wanted to keep the car and sell it. The young man still wanted the car (Nissan 350Z) but wanted me to meet him to see how much it would cost to repair and I would adjust the price, but not lose money on what the insurance company would pay me. I agreed and told my insurance company I would decide by Monday. We first went another place and they did not want to mess with it, if it was not insurance. This idiot at DFW Dent Repair was horribly, terribly rude. These people came all the way from Garland. He looked at the car for 1 minute and says $6000. He did not even put it in the bay under the lights. We then went to a third place and they examined the car for 20 minutes and were going to replace the hood and trunk for only $5200. Whoever put this guy in front of the public at DFW Debt Repair, is crazy. ZERO customer service skills. I read the responses from the manager/owner. Just excuses and not the truth. Rude, unprofessional. I never engaged this person in a conversation at all, and the lady who wanted the estimate simply asked for an estimate. I was going to ask one question and he ignored me and acted as if I did not exist. This was all about zero customer service skills and the fact that this was not an insurance claim. My wife's tahoe was hit pretty hard with hail a few months ago, and DFW Dent Repair was recommended by my Mom. I can't say enough great things about the work they did and their customer service! Collin went above and beyond to take care of us, and kept us informed every step of the way. He even gave me a ride to Enterprise so I wouldn't have to wait on someone to pick me up. After they looked at the car, they had to call an adjuster out to the shop because they found more damage than was on the original estimate. I thought this would mean a long and drawn out process, but I still had my car back in less than a week. When we got it back, not only was all the damage repaired, but they even detailed the car for us!
