If you value your car, don't bring it here! I'm so regretful to trust in reviews and brought my car here. Magic touch did a very poor job of painting and reassembling parts. I've been told that they will fix anything to make me happy, but it's a waste of time and energy since my car was there for over 6 weeks! I am very unhappy for such a poor result even if they fix them that shows poor quality control and unprofessional staff to make such big mistakes and damage on parts before they deliver it to customer. We had some body work done with Magic touch and are incredibly happy with the work and service we received. We had gotten a few quotes from body shops in the flower mound and Lewisville areas, Magic Touch had the best price! They truly went the extra mile and even fixed a small crack we had in the plastic on the edge of the trunk of our car that was not part of the damage they were repairing! We had damage to the roof and Aetna. Most quotes we got had a very expressive cost to fix a dent and some scratches but Magic Touch offered a more cost effective solution to those issues so it wouldn't be as expensive of a repair cost and the area looks amazing! My vehicle was side swiped just about a week before I was to sell it, leaving a decent scratch in the side but fortunately nothing worse. I stopped by Magic Touch first thing the next morning and without an appointment. I was promptly greeted, and we discussed / evaluated the damage. After a quick diagnosis, I was told "Let me take the vehicle in the back for 5-10m and I think you'll be in good shape. Have a coffee inside." Contacted these guys on a Friday afternoon for a scratch repair quote via Yelp. They responded quickly and scheduled my car in on Monday morning. The details. Car - Entire back end of my car was scratched up from a large dog trying to get his toy off my trunk hood. Most of the scratches were minor (you could run your nail over them and not get your nail stuck), but they were in masses. Too much work to try and manage myself and I didn't want to spend a fortune to have it all repainted. Repair - These guys specialize in something called Sprayless Scratch Repair (Google it). Took my car in at 9AM and they had it done by about 10:30AM. All the scratches were gone and my car was as good as new. They even took the time to fill in other holes around my car where rocks had chipped away the body. Customer Service - Super friendly family owned business. Strolled in with a backpack in tow with my work laptop with plans to Uber to a bookstore/coffee shop and work while my car was getting worked on. The gentleman that helped me told me he'd be glad to give me a ride, but informed me that the repairs wouldn't take long and that I was welcome to use their WiFi and hang out in their waiting area (small, but cozy enough with a bunch of chairs, tv, coffee maker). He even went beyond that and offered me an empty desk to utilize! I accepted and happily plopped myself into the desk to work while my car was being repaired. When I brought my car to Magic Touch I had pretty low expectations. Someone had vandalized the car with scratches on nearly every body panel, and someone else had tried to buff out the scratches. Neither person named somebody was me in this scenario - I was just the angry owner who looked at his Challenger with sadness every time he saw the scratches. Upon recommendation from a good friend, I came out to Lewisville to visit Alex and the crew at Magic Touch. I had been told they were miracle workers, and I think in my case I definitely needed a miracle. What I didn't know is that Alex likes to under-promise and over-deliver ... which means in this case he gave me back a car that I couldn't find a single scratch on, and that looked as though it was practically new again. Their scratch removal process is like painless dent removal but for scratches - and it works like an absolute charm! I've been going to Magic Touch for a while now. In that time, Chuck, Brodie, and their team have worked on several of my family's vehicles. Last year, one of my Audis was hit by a door with a sharp corner swinging open. It left a deep nasty gouge that would require quite a bit of work as well as paint blending...and the Audi has an optional three-stage pearlescent-metallic paint, so I was a little concerned.
