Took my car in to have some door edge guards installed, and they did an outstanding job. I was met by Mr Chuck as I drove up, he looked at the parts I had from the factory, and told me he could do it while I waited. After about 30 minutes, he told me my car was ready, and apologized that it took longer then he anticipated, tho he never really gave me a time frame to reference, and told me that one of the doors had a slight bend in the edge that made it a bit harder for the install, but they corrected that as well. I never expected it to take such a short amount of time to begin with. All the employees were very friendly, and respectful of one another. I found Magic Touch Paint and Body to be very fair in pricing and honest as they come. I will definitely bring my car back should I need their services once again. read more

These guys are fantastic. I sent an e-mail with really no idea what to expect in terms of response time, detail in explanation, etc., and i received a response in less than 20 minutes telling me to bring my car by, they would have a look and potentially help me out while i waited in the lobby. Despite their incredibly busy schedule they were able to squeeze in a quick fix for an imperfection in my paint and had my keys back in my hand in half an hour. In addition to my own vehicle I noticed several of the cars in their body shop and the work looked stellar. Beyond that, while i was waiting for my car several individuals walked in for help and they were acknowledged and addressed within 2 minutes. And lastly while i waited, i overheard a discussion going on in the background by some of their more senior team members coaching one with less experience. The conversation had something to do with why they were more thorough with a specific type of job rather than just going straight to a dealer for parts. When i hear this kind of thing it only instills greater confidence in their honesty, integrity and work ethic. I won't hesitate to bring my car back here for future body work needs. read more

They were quick with their repairs, and communicated with us every step of the way. They refused to work with a vendor Dairyland Insurance was trying to force them to work with, because they knew the vendor to sale cheap vehicle parts. These guys are great. Very high quality work and what's best is they're honest and upfront with everything. I have tried their SSR and it is great if you are not wanting to spend a lot of money on an entire respray. They did a great job on the SSR so I came back when another part on my car needed to be resprayed. They did a terrific job on the respray and their price was the best in the area, as I called around before to get the best deal. And they actually tell you a correct time frame unlike 80% of shops that give you the run around for weeks. Very polite and appeared to be knowledgeable. Needed a door replaced and they estimated to purchase the new door, swap hardware from old door to the new door, paint, and blend. The estimate was very accurate but considering it was a replacement and not a repair I expected to pay the estimate. They weren't the most expensive estimate I received but not the least expensive. Decided to use them because of the good reviews I found. My only issue is they never called me. I had to call them to ask if the job was finished. This was not a big deal and they appeared to be busy so I can understand. When I called they offered to have it ready in about 30 minutes but it was late in the day so I decided to pick it up the next day. The other issue was the manufacturer stickers had to be replaced. Originally they told me 3 or 4 days to receive the new stickers but when I arrived they told me weeks. Still not a big deal but worth mentioning to explain 4 stars. When I picked it up they asked me to ispect the vehicle and it looked very nice. Once I arrived home I inspected really good and can't find any issues so I think the quality is excellent. They explained that they would warranty the work as long as I owned the vehicle which I think is great. I would definitely use them again and probably won't shop around if I need more work. read more
