Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. SLP did a fantastic job and they have my full recommendation and will be going back for other work in the future. Thank you !

I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved…read more I decided to save some money and try a DIY paint job on my blue F-150. Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again.

When I brought the vehicle, they seemed put out when I mentioned hoping they could keep the cost under $300. They also wanted to keep the car for a week before they could get to it. The tech who looked at my vehicle seemed kind of shady (but that's just an impression I got). Although he did promise an estimate by the end of the day, which he never did deliver. I went back the next day to retrieve my vehicle and take it to a shop nearer to my home that offered to do it for nearly half of what Total Collision would have charged. This other shop also got ti back to me in under 24 hours even though they were very busy. I will never even consider TCS again.

This company has worked on my classic cars for years. They fix Rolls Royce's, Bentleys,…read moreantique-Jaguars, and sometimes my farm trucks, etc. They completely restored a 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40 for me, and it is absolute show quality. I find their prices to be about 20% below competitors, and if you take them your problem with insurance, they have all the claim for you and you generally keep your deductible in full. The same company has a used car lot, and they sell cars on credit. They get customers who don't pay their bill and end up getting cars repossessed. When that happens, that customer sometimes takes revenge by posting something negative about the company's body shop. When someone says this company doesn't return her phone calls, I think it must be a disgruntled credit flake! These people have great integrity and I have always been satisfied for the last ten years.
