I have been a loyal customer of this Kwik Kar Car Wash since 2017 and have trusted them with all of my vehicles. I recently purchased a new truck, and because I want to avoid swirl marks and scratches, I have only been having it hand washed. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday will be my last. While waiting, I noticed several customers ahead of me complaining about the quality of their washes. At first, I assumed they were just being overly picky. Then my truck came through. The truck was still dusty and dirty, which made it appear that little or no water had been used during the wash. The tires had been dressed with tire shine, but the truck itself was far from clean. Even worse, whatever chemical was sprayed on the vehicle appears to have been applied while the truck was hot. It left white streaks and stains on the paint and, more significantly, on my Retrax bed cover. I immediately tried washing the truck myself when I got home. I was able to remove most of the residue from the painted surfaces, but the stains on the bed cover would not come off. For a business that advertises professional hand washing, this is completely unacceptable--especially on a new vehicle. After nearly nine years as a customer, this experience has cost Kwik Kar my business. I will now be seeking professional help to restore my bed cover and will likely have to pay out of pocket for damage that occurred during what should have been a routine wash. I sincerely hope management addresses the quality issues, because based on what I witnessed from other customers that day, my experience was not an isolated incident. read more

It is so hard to find a full service car wash these days. We drove quite a distance to try out Kwik Kar as we had just returned from a trip in the mountains and needed a good cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a good job inside the car and on the outside. We did notice after we left that there was still quite a bit of yuck in the tire well (that is my only knock). We will come back to try them again. read more

This place used to be the best car wash around. The only thing it has going for it now is that rhymes hand dry. Thats probably because the car wash itself is in need of a total revamp. The brushes are old and falling apart. The owner cares nothing about it. Claims business is slow. If they don't do something soon he will have NO business! read more

Just moved back to this side of town needed my car washes & detailed, looked up this place. There pricing wasn't that bad & they did a really good job I thought in a decent amount of time. All their employees had a smile on their faces even working out in the heat, w/the exception of the front desk where you pay. The young lady behind the counter did not seem like she was having a very good day & she was in the air conditioning. Everyone has those days though I didn't take it personally. They did have very nice comfortable couches & chairs to sit on while waiting. If you check in while there it gives you a 5.00 of coupon. read more

Their poorly maintained machine ripped a hole in my vehicle. They refused to pay for it. Please don't risk getting your car destroyed. They have no insurance. He told me sue because they have a sign. Apparently this happens a lot. So do not send your car at thus car wash. It lifted my car off the track and damaged it. They tried to deny. The whole thing, even where their employees saw it. Its really scary gotten shook up. These are powerful machines that should shut off if they hit something. They can easily damage your car with no emergency shut off. Not bad, yet could be better. The business is a convenience that is close to 377, yet the staff needs to do a better job with overall thoroughness when it comes to detailing. For $49.95, I expected both the interior & exterior to be clean, not just the exterior and 75% of the interior. I just hate going behind people, and asking for them to wipe down seats. There is more than just vaccuming the floor mats area. Despite this, I will say that the exterior detail had the vehicle's shine looking like mirrors. This job alone was exceptional. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a tip jar around, and I felt really funny giving a tip to some random person that may have had only a few seconds with my vehicle. Overall, I'm on the fence with this business. Certainly willing to give this another try in order to see if my experience was purely an anomaly. read more

We paid a lot and were left with big water stains across the back seat like they just left the dirty water there to pool instead of sucking it back up when shampooing. It all took forever to dry out. The dash board and all the controls were disgustingly greasy with whatever product they slathered everywhere. We had to get a rag to remove it the instant we got back home. Got my first car wash today at Kwik Kar Wash and was excited to get the car cleaned for my wife. However, the quality was extremely poor! Asked to have them vacuum the trunk "website stated to asked them to, which I did" yet when I get home the trunk was filthy. Also made the mistake of not walking around the vehicle to see all the areas that were missed. After getting home I spent an additional 15-20 minutes cleaning all the areas of the car they missed. Extremely disappointed. If you chose to have your car washed be prepared to either leave with a dirty car or get to finish cleaning it when you get home! read more

The inside waiting area used to be very warm, inviting, had lots of merchandise, it was decorated nicely. Now there is no art on the walls, the carpet is filthy. I wouldn't trust the restroom. I am updating my review as the last few times I have visited I have not been as happy with my wash results. Overall my car is always pretty clean when I bring it in. I take very good care of it, I more or less need the light dirt taken off and the windows wiped down. The last few times I have gone I have noticed that the insides of my windows don't get wiped down anymore. This drives me nuts as I am a stickler for clean windows. The outside of the car for the most part looks good. My car has a sensor very low on the bumper which the machine always misses - sadly as do the guys drying the car. I always have to ask for a towel and wipe it down myself. I should probably ask for the guys there to wipe it down again and hit the windows, but if they're not going to do it the first time, I more or less just want out there. I still think that this is one of the best overall car wash in the area, but the quality has gone down for me - especially when I'm spending 30 dollars for a wash. read more

I went by today and got a basic wash, I had a coupon and left my wallet at home so wasn't able to upgrade‍. All employees were super nice, the waiting room was clean, and it didn't take very long (was there on a Tuesday afternoon). Amari detailed after it came out and he did a really great job. I haven't found too many affordable car washes that do exterior and interior for a reasonable price, and free 7-day rehash. HOWEVER, I am about to look harder. For the price, Kwik Kar Wash does a decent job. But I often have debris and minor details missed after they've cleaned the inside, which is frustrating. The don't even vacuum your trunk (which is the interior of the car, and supposed be included). The outside is usually done adequately, but more attention could be given to the tires (hosing them down a little more would suffice). The job just feels rushed. And when they call you to get your car, they stand around looking at you waiting for a tip, which is kind of tacky. This place is convenient and decently priced ($25ish) but if I had another option, they'd be seeing me a lot less. read more

This was my go-to car wash for 10 years. It WAS a great car wash at a fair (not cheap) price. Under new ownership now, it is terrible. I was there on 2/22/21. It took 35 minutes. My car was smeared everywhere Because I think they used a tire-product-soaked towel to dry the last few drops of water. I also had to show them my receipt to get them to dress the tires after they flagged it as ready, another 5 minutes. When I went back for a rewash on 3/2/21 (it was raining on 3/1), they refused to re-wash it because it had been more than 7 days. Previous owners honored stale rewashes if it had rained on the expiration date. Also, they refused honor my older card from the lube & tune center, even though there was no expiration date on it. Maybe the new owners are on a tighter budget, but cutting customer service and quality labor is probably not the best way to stay afloat long term. read more

Sometimes under new ownership can be a good thing, it's not for here. I hadn't been to this car wash in a while since moving but figured I would get my car washed here since I was in the area. I don't know if something is wrong with the machines, but they had to take my car through twice. Maybe they didn't know how to use a towel? Either way, it took 2 of the guys twice as long to dry off my car as it used to with 1 person before. Also, what's with using your bare hand to wipe the glass cleaner after you spray it and then use the towel? Safe to say, I won't be back ever again. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. We've used them for years and they did provide a great wash at any level you purchase. The last several times I've been, even when purchasing the Gold Wash PLUS+, the car and especially the windows aren't clean. The outside of the windows still have bug and bird dropping residue. The inside of the windows have a cloudy haze all over. I'm tired of paying for a wash, then having to point out everything that isn't clean. Don't waste your money like I have, go somewhere else. Only gave them 1 star because its required to pick, i would of gave none if i could. We took my husband's truck for the first time to get a wash because we were hoping to find a place that could save us time from having to wash the truck ourselves. They ran it thru the wash and at the end of the wash, our truck automatically locked the doors with the keys inside. My husband proceeded to tell them that we lived a couple blocks away and will go grab the spare keys. The manager ignored my husband and continued using the tool they had to unlock the doors. The tool scratched up our barely one year old new truck. The manager didnt care that he had scratched up our truck so my husband asked how he is going to get this taken care of. The manger told us to get a quote from an auto paint repair place and he will pay for it. So now instead of saving time like we had hoped we had to go get a quote to repair it. We took the quote of $500 back the next day but the manager that had scratched up our truck was not working and we were told that he would look at the quote and contact us the next morning. 3 days later and we hear nothing. We gave them a 1 week chance to call us back and nothing. Every time we tried calling and asking for the manager he seemed to be too busy to talk. We will never use this place again and will just continue washing our cars ourselves to get things done right. read more

I came back today to get the delux detail package (interior and exterior) they finished awfully fast and that should of been a red flag for me but since I was in a rush I was okay with it. I didn't think anything to look around because when he opened my door the front looked amazing... until I got home and saw my back seat. They didn't even attempt to clean! My car has NEVER looked so good. I tried to clean my own carpets and thought I had ruined them with too much soap that I absolutely could not get out. They not only got the soap out but detailed and washed my whole car and its as good as new! Just spent about $60 on a detail and I guess that means putting about 2 gallons of armor all on everything including the floor mats. It was disgusting and they didn't even vacuum it properly. I had to wipe down the entire car which defeats the purpose of a car detail. read more

The quality of work at this car wash has gone down considerably since the new ownership about a year ago. I've been going there for years. I've had to get vacuuming redone a couple of times and point out places that didn't come clean, sometimes bug after bug after spot. At the same time the prices have gone up twice in the last year. And today, I was informed that only expensive wash got a raincheck do-over, basically doubling the price on my usual "luxury wash" since I have to pay each time. Decided to give this place a second chance. Do not do that. They don't even remove the mats and vacuum under the mat or around the mats they only vacuum the mats. They do not wipe down seats or vacuum your seats I needed those things done. I paid $30 for them to do jack squat. read more

made a 22year old car with 235,000 miles look like it rolled off the production line 1 year ago. I brought my 1998 crv to them with the task of making the dull, no reflection paint shine again. Also clean the interior up from my greasy, dirty self using it as my daily driver as a mechanic. The difference is absolutely astonishing. I took pictures of it to sell, I could see individual clouds in the reflection. I never thought the paint on that car would look that good again but it looks practically new. The seats were almost completely black. Now they are back to their original glory. I can't believe I waited this long to do it. 3 hours after picking the car up, it sold for my asking price which was noticably higher than bluebook They have made a life customer out of me. I hate leaving reviews and being a ' karen ' but I was really frustrated by the service I got. Paid for a luxury cleaning , expecting vacuuming done on the back seat which I knew wouldn't be perfect because I have a dog that sheds like crazy and slobbers in the back seat. But after waiting about 20 minutes, which was not a bad wait time in my opinion, so kudos for that, but my back seat looked untouched. There was still a lot of spotting on my window and inside of my door. There was still so much hair all over my floor and seat. We had to ask the detail guy if we could borrow his vacuum and ended up just vacuuming it ourself. I've heard they were great before new ownership but I was just really disappointed with everything today. read more
