I went to replace the Headlights & fog lights in my Maxima today and saw the aftermath of the front nose clip that they replaced several years ago. Apparently using the original clips was too much cost and effort, so they decided to take screws and pieced things together where it was not visible. No professional shop should do work like this. RUN FROM BESHEARS COLLISION REPAIR as fast as you can. They are thieves and liars. They gave me a quote and I accepted. I told them 3 times to only do the body work I approved. They said no problem. They then finally call me to say my car is ready and the cost has nearly doubled. What they did was call my insurance company to see what was paid out on the car and they raised their price to the insurance company estimated cost after they said they would do the work for $2,000 less. They knew every excuse in the book and tried to use them on me; it became obvious that they had tried to milk other customers out of their funds and they were now doing it to me. I argued with them for awhile and got them to knock $1,500 off the repairs. I still had to pay them $400 more than we agreed upon and I did so because I was afraid they would change their mind again and just keep my car and not ever give it back. BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE I backed into an employees vehicle. He said if I did not want to claim it on my insurance that I could pay to have the vehicle fixed between us. I decided to go that rout to avoid any delay in getting the vehicle fixed so he could be back on the road. Even though this shop was almost double any quote I received, I decided to go with them because they promised more than the other shops wanted to do with the car since it was an older vehicle (2002 trans am). They promised the vehicle would be done within the week and ended up holding it for over 5 weeks. Then, when I went to pick up the vehicle, they made me aware that they had only painted a portion of the hood and a portion of the bumper. After I had been promised the entire hood and the entire bumper would be painted and that there wasn't a way to only paint a portion because it would not match existing paint. They repeated the phrase "partial base and full clear" about 100 times. Meaning they only painted a portion and clear coated the entire hood and bumper. I then told them of what I was expecting and what I was promised and they all turned around on me and said I was a "liar" and that "all calls are recorded". I told them to look at their cameras and pull the calls because most of the conversations were made in the lobby since I was forced to call them for updates. I also want to add that this was a customer of mine and they opted to terminate our work relationship for reasons not expressed to me. All in all, this is a learning experience for myself and hopefully you all reading this post. There was not a descriptive estimate given, only a break down on materials and hours. I should have made sure to have a estimate with a description of work before leaving them with the car and with my money. I hope this helps anyone looking for a place to take their car. Excellent craftsmanship in repairing my collectible car. Courteous and caring. Especially appreciate the timeliness in finishing my damage.

Took two months to get my vehicle back, partly because of part availability and need to disassemble and repaint due to paint/ repair imperfections that I pointed out when the called me to pick it up. They did address the issues over time, but it resulted in an extension of my having to be in a rental. This facility is a DRP for the at fault drivers insurance. In the future I will choose a body shop with more experience repairing the specific brand of vehicle to be repaired. Very nice people. The only time I felt that the customer service was lacking was when I pointed out the gap between the bumper skin and the rear quarter panel and was told that this was normal post-repair. I told them that it wasn't. I told them I had high standards and they stated that they would make it look like it was brand new on our first encounter. The repair was moderately acceptable, but way past the two week est timeframe.They don't have the knowledge or tech that the larger shops have to do proper paint applications. The tailgate torsion bar is still out of adjustment allowing the tailgate to flop open vs it self lowering smoothly and there are paint imperfections. I also discovered a broken light assembly the evening I got it home. They ordered the part quickly and I went back a week later to have it installed while I waited. read more

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED!! I dealt with many problems with this company from day one. When I called them to get my car in their shop they told me my car would be done in LESS than a month. A month later I called and they never even started working in the car. Once they did start working with the car they never put on the right aftermarket parts that was covered by my insurance. They said they couldn't find any of the aftermarket parts but I could find very easily online, they just wanted to be cheap. They also couldn't find some of the OEM parts that come with the car from factory. I had aftermarket brake pads, drilled and slotted rotors, a front lip, and side skirt that was not put on the car when it should have. Instead they went to the junkyard and pulled a old, rusty rotor that looked terrible. My car also needed an alignment and they said they couldn't do an alignment cause of my "suspension" I talked with many mechanics and they said they have never heard that excuse before. They also didn't get the right caliper all of them are the same color but the 1 they had to replace. When I got my car back from them my front bumper was fully repainted but they missed a few spots and my right side was not fully clipped on. A week after I got my car my caliper and brake pad was completely screwed up. Either they didn't put it on right or they didn't tighten the bolts fully. I called them and told them the problem and they refused to come fix it and said" they never touched that part of the car" which is a complete lie. They also replaced my fuel tank assembly and after I got the car my check engine light came on. I went to auto zone so they could put a obd reader and check the problem, and sure enough it was my fuel fill inlet which is apart of my fuel tank assembly. On top of all of this the front desk lady always had an attitude every-time i came up there and the owner Jessica was the same way, they want to try to make the most money and not fix the problem. read more

I had the airbags in my Jeep replaced and when I went to get in my Jeep after the repairs were completed, I almost fell when I went to pull myself in using the grab handle. It was complete broken and someone had pushed the end back in the handle so that it appeared to be normal. When this happened, I took it off and went to the door and asked the receptionist what happened. She said, oh, no problem, which side was it? We'll order you a new one. Now to me, it appeared that she knew about it. Now 3 days later I call about it and I'm getting the run around. I spend thousands there and they're doing something shady like this over a $10 part??? Makes me wonder about the quality of the work I had done there on these life saving devices I had replaced. I had called multiple body shops in the area asking for an estimate and all of them told me $400 without any question of what kind of car I have. However when I called beshears they asked for the vin and we're able to give me a detailed estimate of $378. I was so impressed by the quality of service I set up an appointment with them instantly. I turned my car in and went home. They were super nice and understanding when I called to check up on my car to see when I can come get it. They didn't seem annoyed or bothered at all to answer any questions I had. Not to mention they did fantastic work and my bumper looks good as new. Oh- and they gave a free car wash! I had taken it to multiple other shops to get a estimate and beshears were at least 2 times higher than the highest shops I had been to previously. Just for reference, they wanted to charge me $275-$300 to do paintless dent repair on 3 dings! Every where else was charging me no more that $50 per dent. Not to mention the other body work I wanted done. Afterwards, I took my vehicle to a dealership just to compare both and beshears was on par with the dealership pricing, and that was beshears using after market parts and dealership using OEM. read more

Gotta say, this place really knows how to treat people. I was backed into and had a cracked radiator and compressor. I need my car for work, and couldn't afford all the body damages. I brought my car in for repairs from a collision. I brought it in due to the great reviews. They did a good job with the body work but did not even attempt to fix the rest of the problems. I picked my car up with no repairs completed to the structure of the car and without even looking under the hood or under the car. I brought it back in to get these repaired only for them to once again not fix all of the problems. Communication is poor and unorganized as well. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

I had body work done recently from a rear end collision and some hail damage. The paintless dent removal from the hail turned out great. The paint and body work was pretty bad. The first time I got my truck back there were several bolts loose and the paint job was botched. The second time I got it back there were broken parts (truck was less than 1 year old) and the paintjob was still bad. Finally got the parts replaced and a 3rd paintjob and it did turn out better than before. Time will tell if it will last but odds aren't great. It is extremely frustrating having to take a vehicle back several times to get it right, especially over something like loose bolts and broken parts. I will say everyone was extremely courteous and helpful with every transaction, I just wish the actual bodywork was as good as the customer service. read more

Had originally posted a review in 2014 when Beshears replaced an entire rear bumper. Job was superb. Had unfortunate accident early 2015 and I didn't hesitate to have my vehicle taken back to Beshears. Damage in 2015 was much more extensive (total front end damage). Through all the aggravation (injuries, dealing with insurance companies, etc.), the one thing I never worried about was who was fixing my vehicle. I wanted to write a review because of the wonderful and over the top customer service I received from all of the people at Beshears. At a curve in the road I didn't turn quickly enough and ran over a curb dead on, damaging the car and blowing all 4 tires. They handled the collision repair very quickly and always were very thorough with updates through the process. I was impressed that when I would call the people that worked the desk always knew exactly what was going on with my car and what they were working to complete. After I got the car back, there ended up being some issues with the transmission. They took the car back and looked it over to find the issue. They gave me a detailed explanation of what it could be a told me to take the car to the dealership. Luckily there was a extended warranty on the transmission and since it was causing the issue I was able to get a new one. All in all great service from this team and I was very happy in the end to have my car repaired with them. I'd highly recommend Beshears for the great friendly customer service and the speed of getting you in and completing the repair. read more
