Nice people, but it seemed like they were trying to rush me out since they were closing in 15 minutes. I came in for a windshield repair, I was told I needed a replacement and asked if I was going through insurance. Seeing as my deductible is $500 I asked if I could see what it would cost paying for it out of pocket. The lady told me it would come out to about about $1000. I left and hopped on their website to get a quote and it said it would only be $486. Another experience that has unfortunately made me lose trust in dealing with car service companies. read more

I found the time to return to my home town, Hurst Texas to spend Christmas Holidays with family. My husband and I haven't both had Christmas off together in years, it had been that long since we had gone to Texas, so we decided to make time and go. That's when we found ourselves in an unfortunate situation when we were involved in a collision and ended up having to leave our truck behind for repairs as we both needed to get back home to return to work. My father had been in the insurance business and it was with consultation with him that we found this place. We were given reassurance when we finally talked with the manager on Monday morning. that he would indeed take care of us. So over the course of the next few weeks, we did hear from him on the status of repairs. We ended up allowing the at fault drivers insurance do the repairs, this took a lot longer than any of us anticipated. But indeed, the work got and done, and we finally had the truck returned to us. Since we have had it back, the repairs are so good that neither me, or my husband could tell there had been any collision to begin with. Caliber Collision Centers did an excellent job, they were friendly, helpful, and reassuring during a very stress time. The quality of work done was exceptional! I am so happy with my experience at Caliber Collision. For starters, I have been to this same location multiple times because they always do such good work. They are considerate and timely. Oh, and they work well with USAA, my insurance company. Most recently (July 2020), I came in for a little body damage from door dings. I used the online estimate service. It was so easy! I called and booked an appointment as soon as I got the estimate. I made a mistake when reading my estimate, and I ended up being low $800! Kynya was understanding and explained the reason for the cost very well. Because of my misunderstanding and the actual level of damage to my car, Kynya worked with her team. They were able to knock the cost down closer to what I thought I was going to pay. My repair didn't suffer as a result - my car looks as good as new! :-) While the whole team was fantastic, I would like to give special thanks to Kynya for her kindness, expertise, and patience in working with me. I could not be more please with the service and job done repairing my front bummer after running into a truck with a trailer hitch. I have used Caliber (the Keller location) before, and have always enjoyed their high quality of customer service and work, but this experience is so much better than before. Any time in the future I need body work I will come to this location. Below is why. I was rear-ended on a Friday afternoon, on 820 west, while I was in the middle of a move. The gentleman who rear-ended me was at fault so his insurance paid for the repairs on my car. The rear bumper was beat up, hanging on by a thread, and needed to be replaced. Thankfully no-one was hurt. I set up a claim with Insurance and scheduled my appointment with Caliber online, the next day, on Saturday. They called to confirm and notify me (same day!) that the closest store to have an appointment open at my most convenient time (the time I scheduled online) was Bedford, and transferred my appointment from the Keller location to the Bedford location. Customer Service reps I spoke to (there were two separate calls) were friendly and very helpful. Sunday I made the decision to park my vehicle outside of my new house, instead of in the garage, because some friends are over and I didn't want to inconvenience anyone by asking them to move their cars. I left the vehicle outside overnight, (our new neighborhood is nice, and our other neighbors are all parked on the street and in their driveways) and go to move it Monday afternoon. That was when I noticed that the entire front hood is completely caved in. Someone (not sure who, but I'm guessing it was one or more Teenager judging from the action and hand print sizes left on my vehicle) walked across and stood on the hood of my car, crushing it, before jumping off it. To say the least I was angry. Wednesday I take my vehicle in, an hour before my scheduled appointment, and the service rep (Steven) got me checked in and out on my way to enterprise for a rental car quickly, even though it was before my scheduled time. He was very friendly as well. I asked for an estimate for work on my hood, so that my husband and I could see if it would be worth claiming the damage on insurance. I received the estimate later on in the evening, before they closed at five. They estimated roughly $837 worth of parts and labor (a little out of our budget right now) so we decided to wait. My vehicle was finished on Friday, and I picked it up on Saturday morning. When I received my vehicle I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only was the rear bumper fixed, and completely spotless, the front hood crater was popped out, except for a few small dents near the headlight housing that were more "bends" at this point and would have left major holes in the paint on the hood. I spoke with the woman working the front desk, and she said they did it as a courtesy. I looked at the itemized receipt at the end as well, and I hadn't been charged for the crater removal either. I am extremely happy with the work that was done, and happy that the hood of my car looks way better than it did. I will take my car here any time I need body work and will highly recommend them! Wow ok.. where to begin.... DON'T LET YOUR DAUGHTERS/GRANDMAS GO HERE. They tried to convince me that my accident shouldn't have caused any damage to my airbags and they'll check the sensor error but if they cant prove the light/problem was from the accident, Ill have to pay $125 for them plugging in a machine and pushing buttons. I understand that charge being partly from renting a machine, but I strongly felt they were making it look like I was going to have to pay and just already being super shady. I tried to make it clear that insurance was paying everything and I am not going to pay that charge and I am 100% sure it was from the accident, I was told in a very impatient voice ''Ma'am, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it'' Ok so now I'm thinking this shop is either trying to rip me off or they're just plain incompetent. And I swear I cant even make this up, when I came back to pick up my car, 30 minutes later, (after my dad was unable to talk sense into the mechanic or speak to a manager), the manager was EVEN WORSE. He walked in texting, head down, and when I politely said hello, he gave me the ugliest face. After he walked into his office, ignoring me completely, I got to argue with 2 grown men about how my car has airbags in the back row. Even the manager said ''They don't put airbags back there'' and they both laughed at me. By the way, I'm a 5'3'' 23 year old little girly girl confronting these two 6'+ dudes. That was when I got my stuff and went to B&B auto and body who WERE SUPER NICE AND REASSURING. *Side note-I've talked to the new mechanic about the repair, and a sensor in the rear WAS damaged. I am receiving no bill from them. I had some minor damage to the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper, and requested a meeting with their service advisor for an estimate. He was able to provide an estimate for the repairs in about 10 minutes, and it was very close to what I expected! I was able to take the estimate home and make the decision to get the work done. The full repair and repainting was expected to take 4-5 days, which allowed me to schedule the rental car I would need. Since we needed a full week for the repair, I wanted to take the car in on Monday and get it on Friday...the earliest Monday appointment was in 4 weeks. But, a few days after I received the estimate, they got an opening for the next Monday, and called to let me know. They even took care of notifying the car rental company of the change in my rental needs. They keep a great relationship with Enterprise car rental which is only a block away. It made my car rental and return of the rental very simple...I just dropped the rental off at Caliber, they took care of having it returned to Enterprise. The personnel at Caliber are friendly, professional, and perform as they claim they will. The repairs done to my vehicle were of such high quality, I could not tell there had been any previous damage. Not only that, you get a lifetime warranty on the work as long as you own the car! Car repairs can be a hassle. These people at Caliber do what they say they will do, and the results are impressive. I hope I don't need their services again...but if I ever need another vehicle repaired, they will have my business! read more

The staff is nice enough but very disappointed with entire experience. Took them 6 weeks to replace a bumper that had only an inside bracket broken. No damage no anything other than the bracket. They had to order a brand new bumper because there was not a replacement for the bracket. This meant painting and complete new bumper. Well after three new bumpers they finally were able to get the paint correct, then the grill had to be replaced due to them breaking it with so many bumper try's. I will say that they did get it right finally but the amount of time was ridiculous. Next time I'll just trade my car in, seems like it would be less of a hassle read more

Stephen was a great listener, he ask me a few questions and then listened to me without interruption, then proceeded to explain how the process works. Stephen was totally professional and courtesy. This is a man who respects his position with integrity. My vehicle was completed on the day as Stephen stated. Stephen and I walked around my vehicle to go over the repairs. Were very uncooperative when working with the insurance claim. Was not able to get an answer for over a month on what I owed. Called multiple times and they would always say I don't know, let me find out and get back with you. I asked if they had received a check from the insurance company and they didn't know. I did not receive any voice mails from them. They are close on Sat. at noon which makes it very difficult if you work a full time job. So after not being able to get answers from them, they contact me at work in the middle of the day and tell me if I don't pay over the phone or come there right then they will turn it over to collections immediately. The receptionist hung up on me when I was trying to tell her I had tried and tried to contact them. I was very upset and they continued to threaten collections and wouldn't even let me mail it in or come the following day. Their justification was they had tried to call me. Not sure why they weren't able to let me pay the day I picked the car up or give me the amount I owed when I called them. I do not recommend Caliber Collision on Racquet Club Drive in Hurst behind the Grubbs Nissan. Worst customer service I have received at a body shop. Unable to provide billing information in a timely manner. I have had repairs done many times at Service King. Should have gone back there! I have never had a problem there and there staff is always on their game. If you expect to be treated with respect and get things taken care of quickly, avoid Caliber Collision!! read more

I had a car wreck and my car had a lot of damage. Do not take your car to this place, the staff is nice but the work is horrible. I had to take my car back over 4 times and the issue is not resolved. They like to tell you different things are wrong with the car, I was hit on my passenger's side. They decided to fix the driver's side axle and refused to fix the passenger's side where I was hit. I don't know much about cars but it's common sense to realize that was done backwards. Please keep in mind they work for the insurance company so they will do the bare minimum. The whole experience was a nightmare, so please take my warning and do not go this place of business. The only reason they got a one star rating is because it will not let me choose zero stars. Beware and stay away if you want your car to ever run the same again. read more

My Infiniti QX60 had bumper damage and parking sensor damage. I was told it would take over 2 weeks to repair because they were busy (Memorial Day weekend was coming up soon). When they called me 4 days later to claim that it was "ready", I was a little taken back but happy to have my car back. I arrived close to 5pm (since they called at 4:30) and I was handed the keys as the employees was quickly walking away and saying, Thank you! I looked at it as another car was being rushed up behind me, because after all, they were closing and it was a holiday weekend. After I got home and got a good look at it I realized the paint was sprayed over onto the black part of the bumper, that my sensors did not work at all (just like it did when I took it in) and that the paint didn't even match. Oh joy. I get to drive 15 miles again over to Caliber, leave my car, go get a rental, blah, blah, blah. They were at least apologetic and asked me to bring it back so they could fix it. Fast forward a week later and I got a follow up call from the manager telling me that they were having a great deal of trouble with the sensors. Another week goes by and they finally called and told me it was now ready. The manager that delivered my car (it was a Saturday so they were on limited staff) let me look it over this time but the all the buffing compund had not been fully wiped off. It was on both sides of the rear fenders and up on the rear side windows. This of course is not as big of a deal as getting it back the first time not even repaired BUT you would l think they would be a little more diligent about making it completely right the second time. I never got a chance to fill out their little survey since I was waiting for my car to acutally be reapaired and I could give them a chance to make it right but it expired before I got a chance to. The whole darm thing was a headache because my car only had damage because of the drunk idiot hitting it while parked in a parking lot, and then adding in dealing with their insurance company's adjustor (Geico) that was extremely unhelpful and just plaing flat mean. I can say that the Caliber employees were extremely nice and helpful in it all and I had to say they are 1,000,000,000 times better than the horrid Service King!! read more
