Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. I always get cars checked by a mechanic before I buy, and it's a good thing, too: Oscar here got it up on the hoist and immediately identified frame damage and a nasty transmission leak that I couldn't see without getting up under the car. It was pretty clear there was an accident that hadn't been reported on the Carfax and that the dealership hadn't bothered to disclose because they were hoping to unload it on someone. Oscar was angry on our behalf about it, too, and he even gave us a discount on their usual assessment fee for a new car because, as he said, "you took a loss on the car before we even bought it!" I'm so glad I came to these folks before we made a pretty nasty mistake. Crappy day, but these guys saved our bacon and made things a lot better for us.

I guess he or she just forgot to leave information claiming responsibiliity. NOT Anyway, as I was driving down Davis Blvd I happened to see Hollywood Finishes. I pulled in and gentleman met me in the parking lot to ask how he could help me. I showed him the damage and asked if I could get a quote for the damage. He told me to stay there and he would be right back. As I was parked next to this GINORMOUS truck that they parked next to me, I was looking at it in awe of how big it was. He called me back to my car and said your ready. I looked at my car and it looked good as new. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was on the house because it didn't take him more then 5 minutes. What? Customer service was excellent. I can't recommend Hollywood Finishes enough. This is my go to for all my automotive body needs from this point forward.

My car was returned looking fine apart from mismatched headlights and a backordered part. After driving home, I discovered they had not reattached the wheel well fender and the front license plate was missing. The new fog light was not functioning. Within a month, the new headlight and most of the rear lights stopped working. In addition, I had asked, twice for quote on some additional work, which I never received. Maybe that was fortunate. Because of the horrible quality of work, I will think twice before using Caliber Collision in the future.

Maaco took 7 months to repair our vehicle when it should've taken 1-2 months. Every week, there'd be another issue or excuse. Would blame insurance at times, but the insurance contact was always quick and responsive. Employees were probably stretched too thin with how busy they are, but I as a customer shouldn't feel the brunt of it. DO NOT GO HERE.
